I come here several times and the only reason is because our daughters like their fry chicken, but we never had good experiences with the waiters. there's this skinny thai lady she's nice but the older lady that wears the glasses whom always serve us, she never smile and always rushing us to take our orders. today we ate there again and i accidentally spill my cup of water and she was furious i could tell from the look of her face, she came to our table took a piece of napkin and wipe the table and as she was wiping the table she gave us an attitude saying the kids shouldn't be drinking from the big cups she was accusing my son but i was the one who accidentally knocked the cup over, she came back to the table with a wet washcloth to finish wiping the table and she was very rough where waters were flying everywhere and drips on our plates. 30 minutes later my kids food were still not served , i told her to put their food in a to go box when they're done because we are leaving, i didn't like how we were being treated. i went to pay for our foods and she extra charged me 15% more she said for gratitude because we were total of 7 people. 7 people but i only order for 4 people because my two younger sons weren't eating. I've came here with all my kids and husband and my parents but they never charged us 15% for whatever, i honestly think she was charging me for that accident. so today i have made up my mind thats going to be my last day there. they have variety of good foods but really really...

Every single item from their menu has always checked the box in the delicious category without fail. My personal favorite is their pork Pad Thai, the absolute best rendition of the dish that I've ever had.

Don't want the best ever Thai noodle dish? I can't imagine why you wouldn't, but if you find yourself in that situation, you can order literally anything else on the menu and come away satisfied.

Egg rolls? Nah, you want their spring rolls. I prefer them fried, as they become absolute perfection. Add them on to any order for the best little treat. And the dipping sauce they come with? You guessed it, unbelievably superb sauce.

I try to come here as frequently as possible and have been a regular for years. The owners and their staff have always been very kind and welcoming, making you want to come back (if their food didn't instill that desire already).

There are some other Thai restaurants in NWA who do a decent job, but Silk Road is by far the best and...

OH MY GOSH!! so tonight, my family & i were REALLY hungry. i wanted some REAL FOOD, not burgers or pizza (our usual go-to) & i came up on this place. we ordered a BUNCH of food: shrimp fried rice, chicken fried rice, red curry shrimp, yellow curry chicken, pad thai noodles with chicken, beef tomato, egg rolls & crab rangoon. OH MY GOSH!! the food is AMAZING! everything was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! the portions were HUGE! it fed the three of us & we still had MORE than enough! the young lady that took my order was patient, didn't try to rush me. she took her time answering my questions. i just wanted to leave a review because i read everyone's reviews & MAN! they were NOT lying when they said the food is good.
