We visited 3 different locations. The first one in Siloam Springs, sadly they were insanely short-staffed so they had a new girl on the register, where it was very clear she hadn't been properly trained. After she finished ringing us up, she let us know it would be an hour wait. Obviously, if it's gonna be that long, you need to tell people before you take their money. So, we got a refund and went to the E Henri De Tonti Blvd location, tried ordering again, she let us know beforehand that it'd be about 10min, but the Sunset location had a drive thru and would be able to do the "hot n ready", so we went there instead. Biggest mistake of our lives. The drive thru menu board/speaker was busted, menus ripped out, so we had to pull up to the window. Ordered 2 regular pepperoni pizzas and an order of crazy bread, and my mom immediately clocked that the price was different from the other 2 locations. We got our receipt back and realized they charged us for the EMB pepperoni, not the regular. They took SO long (so much for hot n ready) that we were able to have a full conversation, and remembered that this is the location with the roach problem. Since the window was left open, we were able to see how dirty the store is, the corners of the walls and floors had turned black. We attempted to flag someone down, and one of the cooks saw us and tried to get the attention of the guy that checked us out. The 2 cooks looked like they were panicking trying to make a pizza, because they kept running back and forth to look at the instructions on the wall. The guy that checked us out came back after several more minutes (they weren't busy in the slightest, literally one other customer) and we explained that we just wanted regular pepperoni, but he charged us for the EMB. He didn't say anything and left to grab someone else. Another guy came back (person in charge? he was wearing a black and blue shirt) and we explained again. He had the audacity to try and gaslight us into thinking that the EMB pepperoni WAS the regular pepperoni. Neither of the other stores did this, so we know full well he was lying. So, not only can your employee not apologize and take accountability for what could've been a simple mistake, but he had to push the blame onto the customer? In what world would something that costs extra be the regular thing? He didn't say anything else and just gave us a refund. After he handed us our money back, he asked if we wanted to reorder, and we said no and left. Not a single redeemable thing about this location. I'm surprised it hasn't been closed down yet, either by corporate or the health department, with how long it's been...
Read moreWorst little Caesars I've ever been to. Gross slow rude and ignorant of their job descriptions. Pizza was the last of our family money and completely inedible. Our food stamps ran out a week ago and we are hungry and we can't eat this. Hard thin too thin crust. One tablespoon MAYBE of sauce on the entire pizza; I'm guessing not even. The pizza crust is too thin and hard and seems Old and like someone is stealing the dough a tiny bit at a time pizza by pizza, and maybe this one was used yesterday and microwaved?!? Idk no one would tell me honestly if it was prepared out of normal.
We eat a a little Caesars once a month. It's our one treat. We travel a lot so we Know the little Caesars pizza and norms and have not written a complaint yet. This is ridiculous.
When I called to inquire if it was normal they were rude. I wasn't. They lied and told me that they were never told how much sauce to put on and could not tell me if it was normal to have less than a tablespoon on for this store or if it's more normal for a cup per pizza. I was patient and calm and explained our situation and that I'm simply wanting to know what to expect from their store and if I come in for a refund or to try for another pizza there cuz this is a misprint that I know what to choose and if this location is worth trying again. But they spent Forever trying to see if I'm a liar: what time did you come in? Who was your cashier? None of that Matters. Is your pizza always like this was...
Read moreMy kids were left money to order pizza and have it delivered through door dash. When the pizza arrived it was not the pizza they had ordered. They had to call 8 times before they were able to reach anyone to TRY to resolve the mistake made by Little Caesars they were told to bring back the pizza they were given and they could have the one they were supposed to receive in the first place. 1st. That's cross contamination and in this COVID era that's just not safe at all not to mention a major health code violation! 2nd. They had the order delivered by Doordash. One should have come to the conclusion that if that was the case their was no way for them to bring anything back to anywhere! They were not given a choice to have their names taken so that they could come in later and have the employees of Little Cesar's fix their mistake no, they did not even get an apology other then one apologizing for their bad luck... This is why Little Caesars is going out of business. When a company lets their employees treat their customers in this way with no recourse they eventually and inevitably close.
