Harps Food Stores — Local services in Springdale

I'm not a person who complains about stuff easily and I totally understand that some people maybe having rough day or so, however this was the WORST customer service I have ever seen from the cashier and her manager, Basically I walked in to complete my WU transaction I made online, the cashier some how made a "mistake" and had me wait about 25 mins till she got it fixed, then she ended up canceling my my transaction as a whole when she was not suppose to, which ended up causing me to wait 1hr and 20 mins to make another WU transaction, The cashier's attitude was very rude, uncaring and one worded type of attitude, it felt like she toggles her attitude based on the person infront of her, Beside all I didn't get any apology for the mess she caused, which got me furious and it felt personal, So I decided to complain to the store manager, he turned out to be WORSE than her, and I still didn't get any apology, honestly Harps needs to hire someone who can handle these situations wisely and not a 10th grader, To be fair the place was clean and the food looked fresh and organized, other areas of the store might be great as well, however because of this incident and how the cashier and her manager treated me I will never go back to this place nor recommend...

Solid, All Purpose Choice.

Thank all that is good for this Harps. It is one of the few things that doesn't suck about Springdale. They have a great variety. Their prices are lower than the one by Harber and that store kinda sucks. The location is great.

Staff are friendly and efficient. I never understand why people drive by Harps to go to the Neighborhood Market across the street. I guess people still believe they save money at walmart??? I never have.

I purchased some chicken salad from deli and it only had chicken and celery, no Mayonnaise, it did have big chunks of chicken but it needs mayonnaise, celery and onions ! Very disappointing! Can’t find anyway to do a new review so I will add to this review! On October 1,2024 I went to harps in Springdale, AR and bought some items and got home to discover that several items missing and I went back to the store and it took 2 people to figure out what to do,apparently the customer behind me got some free groceries and didn’t bother to return it and one item wasn’t replaced and I was not reimbursed for it!
