I hope this helps people. I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding my recent experiences at your establishment. I must say, this has been the most unfortunate location for any business I have encountered.
To begin with, navigating through your establishment is like maneuvering through a labyrinth. The lack of clear signage and proper directions makes it incredibly challenging for customers to find their way inside. Additionally, the continuous flow of people entering and exiting the premises creates an unsafe environment, making it highly inconvenient for your patrons.
Once I managed to reach the door, I was disheartened to find that the staff provided no assistance or guidance. This was my second visit, and to my surprise, they did not have my initial intake paperwork, forcing me to step aside and wait. As I patiently waited for approximately 25 minutes, it became apparent that the organization of your operations is severely lacking. I made the decision to leave and visit my usual establishment instead, as I could no longer tolerate such inefficient management.
Furthermore, the overall professionalism displayed by the employees left much to be desired. They seemed oblivious to their roles and responsibilities, with one employee even engaging in an impromptu dance in the middle of the floor. This behavior only served to confuse me further, as I struggled to identify who was actually working and who was not.
In light of these deeply unsatisfactory experiences, I regret to inform you that I cannot in good conscience recommend your establishment to others. I would even go as far as giving a negative rating of three stars.
I sincerely hope that you take this feedback into consideration and implement the necessary improvements to provide a more conducive and professional environment for your customers. It is my genuine hope that you can rectify these issues promptly, as they have greatly tarnished my perception of your business.

Read moreHave been a frequent customer and more and more my experiences with staff are less enjoying. The guys have been great but the females do not listen and often have attitudes and rush. The amount of times I’ve told the females NOT to use my points and they came out with change saying the used my points anyways is frustrating when I literally tell them NOT TO. Now today, a what shouldve been a simple pick up became a horrible disaster. A lady was standing outside with her arms crossed watching a customer and a tow truck which blocked 3 curbside spots and she spoke with such a nasty attitude telling us to back up and wait, then as she came to the window, she was very rude and I told her NOT TO USE MY POINTS, and yet she was quick to snatch my money and ID and walk off while I was trying to give her the exact change. Then came out with change and told me “I didn’t have enough money so she used my points” and I told her I had the change and even chased after her but couldn’t get let inside because she had my ID so then she kept trying to walk away with the change, ID and my order talking about “do you want someone else to serve you then?”, like no at this point just give me my stuff and go because you CLEARLY do not listen. I’m so disappointed in the customer service from the females at the York location. Please DO BETTER! I suffer with severe anxiety and other things and your staff is becoming one of my many problems in retrieving something that’s supposed to help...

-Another "mix up in the back"! This has been happening more and more. And as of recently every single time I visited!
-employees "behaving" as if under the influence at work at this location at york. Even confidently displaying it. Immediately called dispensary to report. Was told they'll look into it. But this is happening often and nothing.
-people smoking cigarettes or other things in parking lot. Which i reported and someone that i spoke to that day said there's nothing they can do about it. No display of no smoking signs THAT YOU CAN SEE OUT RIGHT. No where near curbside pickup. People smoking in cars.
4 years I've been going here, went from wonderful to bad in the last 2 years. Seems like they aren't taking things seriously. Its a medicine that people truly need and this location of orangic remedies has gone downhill.
If this was a pharmacy as they are supposed to be to their patients, this would never slide. Can you imagine your pharmacist at CVS or rite aid or Wallgreens, says opps gave you the wrong one, ANOTHER MIX UP IN THE BACK!?
We pay too much for our MMJ card in this commonwealth state let alone the price of medicine itself. So you can get this kind of service?
