Steve repaired my cherished wedding ring. It was originally set with 6 prongs, which kept bending. I’ve had it repaired and re-set 3 other times. Steve advised I should consider a 4 prong setting as it’s stronger and shows more of the stone - I’m so glad I trusted his advice! The ring is stunning and the setting feels much more solid. He cleaned and polished my ring and had it back to me much quicker than I anticipated. He went above and beyond with great communication and the work on my ring is just stunning! The gentlemen were very friendly but did not complete the repairs on either of my watches even though they had them for almost 3 weeks. They forgot to order my watch band and didn't do a great job replacing a small bezel inside the crystal.
