Weis Markets — Local services in Springettsbury Township

I'd give this 2.5 starts. Years back this was a decent store, what the heck happened? The one in other end of town is really nice looking not sure on prices..... now this one is priced like some sort of bargain junk mart tags (Not cheap tho' and freq out dated tags recently wrong by 5 bucks on supplements at register ring out) and aisle order makes no sense, dont carry various sizes. Prices are really high on a lot of it reminds me of shopping at a mini mart. Im really surprised its like this with a huge competitor across the street. Also Ive never gone thru' check out that it hasnt been a hassle. The employees seem badly trained the only ones who can help are at cust service and they are far and few between. I had an older clerk who should know better but was clueless, (both for me and the people in front of me) she didnt even know what I meant when I said can I split payment from visa gift card and pay credit for the rest? She looked at me like I had five eyes (a cust serv rep passed by and heard that part thank goodness). The "kid" in meat dpt could care less when i showed him a package the check out clerk had me run back, had no price scan tag, shrugged at me and kept walking on to another co worker to chat. I just am not impressed and cant believe the prices. I see many families in this store who youd think would be in need of lower prices....go across the st or to aldi folks! Even big box mart would be better far better in price. I will not go here again I had given it a chance first time in years twice now....

I recently visited the pharmacy and had a fantastic experience (as always). I took the survey from the receipt and THOUGHT I was pressing the correct number(5) for extremely satisfied on all the appropriate questions.I apparently was NOT. 😞 The assistant manager from that location contacted me, concerned that I was not happy with my visit. I explained that I gave them a 5 star review, but he pointed out my choices...which were a mistake on my part. I accidentally pressed 1 instead of 5. I apologized and asked how I could make it right. I contacted corporate in the hopes of fixing it... we'll see. But, I wanted to compliment the assistant manager, Anthony and the store. He was above and beyond kind and understanding. He takes pride in his job and store. That particular store is always clean and employs very friendly staff... especially in the pharmacy. The prices are incredible compared to other pharmacies, and has saved me A LOT of money. In a world where people are always in a hurry and for themselves, it was a refreshing change to have someone interested in what I have to say and appreciative of my business. Thank...

I'm going to start by saying I work here. The service is great and we have many products in stock. With that being said, don't come work at this building. I've worked here for two weeks and management has failed to back the employees when someone gets unruly. If your a hard worker that's great, but it might not feel so great with other who sit around for long periods time and smoke inside in the offices. Nice easy way to make money. Now mind you you'll be expected to be in full uniform unless your a female. And you won't have to work your entire shift either if your a female, ie many extensive breaks. You'll be manipulated regardless of what you agreed with your management because certain ones have no back bone to female employees. This is just what I have observed and personally experienced. As I have said I work there. So maybe you'll have better luck at another location...
