I used Jamison Residential Masonry for stone and brick pointing both front and rear of home. Additionally, I requested the vent in kitchen removed and infill with brick and mortar.

The customer service representative was courteous and transparent about services taking several months to be scheduled.

Mario Galli, during his visit for an estimate was attentive, and emphatic towards my house needs for brick pointing. Jamison submitted a detailed proposal with a reasonable price. After I accepted Jamison's proposal, Mario via email was transparent and provided prompt responses to the many inquiries I had regarding their season scheduling to specific patch pointing.

The crew Alex and John, arrived at my home during a day that was sweltering hot. During the 3 days of work, the crew were punctual and enthusiastic serving my home. The crew was courteous and kind to myself and the neighbors.

They exceeded my expectations working during excessive heat conditions, not rushing to leave and provided impressive attention to detail pointing my house. They also cleaned all areas of excess debris that was under construction.

This is our third time working with Jamison - first time was our sump pump/French drain, 2nd was a basement remodel/refinish - and we were so pleased with their past work, we hired their masonry division to do our steps. They just got finished and the work looks fantastic! The crew was excellent, professional and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our steps. They demoed our old steps which were falling apart, hauled away a ton of material, built the new frame, poured, and shaped our steps in just a little over two days. Very impressive! Another great job from Jamison Home Services! We had a relatively minor job to repair a few missing mortar joints in front of our house. Although the job was small, Alex and Dave came out and provided excellent service. They walked me through the items disclosed in the estimate which included repairing the brick points on the 2nd floor facade, a few on our porch and a minor spot on the front basement wall. They noticed some additional damaged ares on the basement wall which they repaired as well as some additional spots around the window. I was especially pleased that they were able to match the mortar to the brick color to have it blend in more.

The crew as very personable, paid attention to detail and also took care in our front garden where some of the work took place. After the job was complete, they cleaned up everything as if they were not there at all and walked me through the work completed.
