Oreland Laundromat — Local services in Springfield Township

So gave it a 4star rating just bcuz of that old saying when trying to sell a product or service. So with that said, the location, location, location plays a vital roll in my 4 star rating. But with all the things in the world that we envy. This place lacks appearance on the inside as its going thru a upgraded time. Its got firepowerfor sure. 2 giant 60 pounder washers grace the first 2 machines on your Lt side. Than you the dbl stack 3 mode Dryers lining the length of the working space dead ending into a change machine. It takes up to 10.00max. As you continue to aquate yourself with 2x 40 poundersand another 6x 20 pounders getting up to mid level of the room. Than you see the empty of nothing ,just broken tile floor,with concrete showing thru. The umbiance has drastically change to heavily battle damage appearance like a hot 🔥 LZ . Than you notice the upgrades being methodically positioned with old water lines and other hardware for the old washers that was in place in years past. As you reach the front of the room next to the entrance door. You will find a old faded .25 cent 3x for your detergent needs with Clorax and fabric softeners mix in the machine. There you find the community billboard with all your local peeps trying to do there hustle! So with that said and done. Ir lacks the 5 star appeal bcuz of the renovatiions being done. But we go back to that old saying again. Location, location, location! I fits my needs for my weekly jaunt from Flourtown. So go check it out and say Hi Joe if you see him come thru on his daily clean up from the nite before. Hours of operations 0630 - 2000 Monday thru Sunday Opens on a timer, and closest the same way. Now the place is in a smaller sized strip mall look and feel with other businesses that adorned the rest of the buildings. You have to go stay tuned as I will review each and every other businesses that make the location home there's as well. I will post pictures when Joe has the place looking a little more presentable. 11 of 17 washers are out of order, a few of the machines that are in order eat your quarters, there is water all over the floor in front of the dryers, their commercial grade dryers take longer than a standard dryer to dry a regular size load of clothes (which makes sense since you pay in 6 minute increments). Came here when my washer/dryer broke and would drive much farther away to a different laundromat if the need ever...

I have used this place 2 or 3 times each week for the past 3 months . NO MORE Every time I go theres a problem . The floor has been flooded with 2 inches of water and soap suds , theres trash all over the place , and they open and close whenever they feel like it . Tonight my clothes and my sons are locked in for the night because they closed early . Now we have no clothes for work in the morning....
