HG Oreland Pizza — Restaurant in Springfield Township

First let me tell you the owner Miguel hands down takes more pride and love into his business then I've ever seen. The staff are just as eager to accommodate you as the owner is and they sure do. 2. The food OMG when I say he takes pride in everything he does that also means everything he buys is of the highest quality. If your order isnt exactly how he would like to eat it its completely redone which is very very rare I order from HG at least 4to5 times a week there Coal fired pizza is the best period it sits a little above Angelos and verona which as you know is crazy good. This is the only place that I've never had something that wasn't in the top 3 of its category. From taste to presentation to there customer service. I challenge you to find a better pizza outside of newhaven. Trust me when I tell you once you try HG Oreland pizza you will be a customer for life. Thanks HG for always being top notch from your food to your customer service to your customer appreciation and most of all the passion and love you put into every dish pizza wing etc you make it truly is a blessing to have a place like yours to order...

What a disappointment! Ordered a simple 2 plain pizza’s and curly fries for pick up, said about 25 minutes. Arrived 10 minutes after call, paid cashier and was told your order will be right up. Waited another 25 minutes and I said, “ how’s my order going “ cashier said should be right up. Another 10 minutes pass and she said…what did you order?, I told her, she went looking and said oh, here it is. The box was not hot, when I got home, 3 minute drive, the pizza barely had a temperature and the fries were so soggy with grease, I didn’t think anyone let them drain after cooking. The Worst fries I have ever had and I am 63. Hopes to have a simple meal with my grandkids turn into an unpleasant experience. Boy am I sorry. The place is nice and they have good food, but children unaccompanied by parents in a place that serves alcohol is not a good idea at all. Is this place a pizza joint or a bar? In either case, I watched as children who come in off the street to buy pizza unaccompanied by parents into a tap room during the carnival and they were all out of hand as the staff including the owner stood and watched and said nothing. There may have not been any incidents so far at this establishment but it just seems like at some point something will happen. I thought it was illegal to let a minor enter an establishment that serves alcohol without an adult. And who in their right mind would want to sit and try and have a meal and a beer while children are running around fighting and screwing around as the staff says and...
