rue21 — Local services in Springfield Township

Went today with my boyfriend and we were having a nice time looking around on our own. This lady came up to us while we were looking at fragrances. Nothing in particular, we were just looking around in general. She was nice at first but constantly followed us around the store and began harassing us about the fragrances we looked at like 15 minutes ago, and kept appetizing all of these different perfumes until we got headaches. We were done looking around and bought some things, and still, at the counter, she kept harassing us about buying the perfumes. I told her I wasn't a perfume type of person and would check it out another day. Mind you the mall was close to closing and we still had other stores to go to. She continued to have us smell the little samples of paper while I was trying to check out which is just rude. When I put my card into cash out she rolled her eyes and mumbled things under her breath. One register open while there are 3 other ppl behind the counter yepping away.. The cashier was very kind and asked the manager to override a price that came up wrong and she acted like she was being bothered and inconvenienced by it.. not a “sorry” not a smile not even eye contact.. just a good old eye roll... I orderd an online pickup, which later I decided not to pickup as out of 2 item, one was canceled. First this store made the another item as already picked up by me. When I called them about this, they said, will cancel the item and refund my money. But that didn't happened. I called them second time, still nothing happened.
