1 star rating because they did not follow simple instructions, I brought two dresses on for a hem estimate, clearly telling them to calm me before moving forward on my dresses.

I called a week later after not hearing anything from them and was told they apologize because they went ahead and hemmed my dress without my approval.

I asked how much was the damage and was quoted $115.00 not only that I went to pick it and it was not hemmed to fit, still very long.

I was asked if I wanted them to fix it. Really you couldn't follow directions twice already. I can't trust you to failed me three times.

I'm very disappointed. Last time ever...
