Cinnabon — Restaurant in Springfield Township

I bought 2 buns one for my son and one for myself. When I got it home it qas very soft and very light in color and doughy. It hardly had any cinnamon between the layers. I asked for the one with nuts which costed more, ok. Got it home there were no nuts on it. Was supposed to have extra glaze, which I paid for and it didn't. I gave her a $2.00 tip, paid extra for the one with the nuts and paid $1.37 for extra glaze (on the other one) and I didn't get that either. It was very very dissapointinf. Absolutely NOTHING like the cinnabons I bought years ago. So I paid $17.13 and I can't eat it because it is horrible!...

I worked here from November 2023, until last Friday. Last Friday I had my leg run over by a car. I was rushed to the hospital with 3 small fractures in my foot. I was given a work note to give me a few days rest, and I was fired without any explanation. No Call. No Text. Nothing. I was the Shift lead at this Cinnabon too. I showed nothing but respect to all employees and my managers. But I received nothing but disrespect back . I was excited to see a Cinnabon in our area, but I was quite disappointed with the food. I ordered the minibon, churro, and a coke. The churro had a great crunch but was flavorless. It reminded my nephew of display food… looked great but tasted like cardboard. The coke was not coca-cola, but a cheap brand like RC cola.
