ALDI — Local services in Springfield

I love Aldi they use to be my favorite grocery store, but I hate hate hate hate self checkout. The Aldi cashiers are always great and v fast. I do almost all of my grocery shopping at this Aldi, but I'm reconsidering due to all the self checkout. It takes me 3x as long to check out with the self checkout nonsense, and when someone needs help the lone physical cashier has to stop what they are doing and assist. So inefficient! I had a bad experience.there's a rude employee that's work there she was talking to a customer she knew and I went in to her check out lane with 3 items. I politely said excuse me is you open and she ignore me so I ask again so she caught a attuide because she wanted to talk instead of doing her job an then she yell at me and said no she not open so she can finish up talking to the person she knew.so I walk over an grab a close sign and she look at me but all I have to say if you don't like your job...

The store was clean,and they are competing with Walmart the grocery store .The store has a lot to offer.The price for eggs and milk is great.The produce dept.is looking better, every time I come to the store.The cashier are fast and courteous.
