Taki Taco — Restaurant in Springfield

I just visited here for the first time about 5 days after they opened. I was very impressed. There is another similar rolled ice-cream shop a few miles away that I've also been to but I prefer this one after visiting!

This shop has extremely good tasting/quality product and they present it in a neat environment. I liked the stadium seating. It's different but it works.

Just one suggestion as far as a small thing that could be improved. The plastic containers that the rolled ice-cream is served in are extremely flimsy. The ice-cream is obviously cold and fairly hard and then it has toppings on it that rise above the top of the container. With that container so flimsy and flexing so much it's hard not to spill out the ice-cream/toppings. That's for an adult. For a child... it's probably all but guaranteed that ice-cream is going to fall out of the container.

Will definitely be back...

Took 40 min to get two Korean corn dogs and one order of two chicken tenders. Didn't bother to tell us that the sauce we chose for the tenders was out of stock until half way through when we got the corn dogs. Then the tenders arrived and the sauce was way to hot for my wife and we had to choose a new sauce and half the sauces were also out of stock and we had to resort to side dips.. the breading on the tenders fell off and was very wet inside. Over all not a good experience... If you want Korean dogs go to the one in Chatham...

Cute place for dessert or even a meal. The wife and I just came from Hot Pot & BBQ so we weren't hungry for a meal, but the Korean dogs looked really good. We ended up getting two bobas, the Ube rolled ice cream taco and a dozen mochi donuts.

The Ube rolled gelato taco was amazing!!! The taco shell was extra crispy with a strong butter and vanilla taste. The rolled ice cream is exactly what you expect and it was topped with whipped cream and honey. 10/10
