Backyard Heroes Fireworks — Local services in Springfield

I do not recommend going to this place to purchase fireworks. Me and my cousin came in expecting to purchase some of the ones that shoot up high into the air and have bursts of many colors. The store representative told us these are top of the line and that we will enjoy them. We spent nearly $300 on fireworks only to bring them back and find out these are not the ones that shoot up into the air and cause an explosion of colors. The ones we got are only fountains and when my cousin called back the store asking for a refund or exchange they said “We don’t do refunds or exchanges, go sell them to someone else” like are you serious. Amazing store, Amazing staff! Best place I’ve ever been for pyro needs great selection and availability of products. The staff is so knowledgeable and willing to help with your needs and even remembered that we had called the day prior to visiting. Just talk to them and they will find you everything you need and maybe even something creative you didn’t even think of! We don’t have any places to buy fireworks in our area. The closest place was this store which was 45 mins away. When I called the store to ask for more info, Brian was so polite and professional. He answered all of my questions and even offered to help coordinate the stores opening with my work hours. My son and I made the trip and were greeted by Patrick who was so helpful.
