Smoothie King — Restaurant in Springfield

I went one evening, and I was greeted with a smile and ppl who wanted to be at work. The smile seemed sincere and not forced. The first night, I had the pleasure of meeting the ladies, I went back the next day to make sure the energy was the same, and it was. The fellas gave me the same energy, the same big welcoming smile and a greeting when I walked in. The service was speedy and polite, I filled out the survey from my first visit and downloaded the app, and gained rewards. They also acknowledged my $1 off from my first survey. I enjoyed the speedy service each time. I ordered by 3:08 and eqs out by 3:12 what more could I ask for. Patience isn't something I have, but I'm working on it. With service like this, it will take some time. I'm so happy there's a smoothie place near me open after 5 pm that's hard to find, and it's good with good service. This place always have a bunch of large tip cups by the register and when you use your card it’s always nagging you about leaving a tip and the workers stand by to watch to see if you tip and when you don’t they have horrible attitudes. One time I put change in the cup and they were mad it wasn’t more. It’s sickening to be hounded for a tip when you are only going in and making an order at the register and leaving out. This is not a place where you sit down to eat and drink and be served but yet they want a tip when you’re already paying $8 and up for a smoothie. McDonald’s and burger kings don’t pester you with begging for tips when placing an order. Don’t go to this one,try one that has a drive through where you won’t have to be bothered with beggars for tips and angry attitudes because they don’t get one or what they think should be enough. I really loved this place. I would always come in the morning after the gym and the customer service is very great and welcoming. The drinks are 10/10 from the morning staff. However lately I’ve been coming in the afternoon and the people working the afternoon shifts are very rude and not polite. The drinks don’t even taste the same anymore. A couple weeks ago I came across this young girl who was very rude and nasty when taking my sisters order and mine. We had just came out from the gym and when we were waiting for our drinks I saw this young girl grab febreze and spray it right in the counter where we had ordered.
