Poke 22 — Restaurant in Springfield

Still the best poke bowls in town and I daresay, the best in NJ! Been loyal to this place for almost 3 years now, my bf and I would go to other places and we always end up coming back here and we both agree that this is better than anywhere else. I miss the old crew though, the lady that used to greet us with a smile on her face and waves at us the moment we walk in; knows our routine when we come here and always friendly to us had left. She would also notice when we haven’t been there in awhile and always asked us where we have been. I wish we got her name, she made that place more welcoming. There’s new people now. Again, the poke bowls are still the best though. We still keep coming back here and always our go-to, favorite poke place!

EDIT 8/2024: the crew now is also great! Idk her name too but I love the girl on the counter now too. The poke is still the best. And I feel like their portions...

I always love stopping by Poke 22. The food here is always super tasty and healthy. They have different sized bowls, so you can get something bigger or smaller depending on your mood. I really like how the salmon tastes here, it's my go-to choice for a healthy lunch.

If you enjoy bubble tea I highly recommend checking out their selection. My personal favorite is the Thai Bubble Tea.

If you're a returning customer you should check out their rewards system too. After every 10th purchase of a 2 or more protein bowl you get a free poke bowl.

They have tons of options for toppings here, so it's fun to mix and match. They are pretty quick when it comes to prepping your order. I usually put in my order and walk over to Krispy Kreme. By the time I've gotten my doughnuts, my Poke 22 order is usually ready.

This is going to be a difficult review I'm giving it 3 stars because I absolutely love the food from this place but recently we had an experience that I felt should be shared. We were extremely happy that the business has survived Covid 19 and when the time made sense for us we ordered from them. The few times that we went there everybody was wearing masks gloves it was awesome. I felt extremely comfortable and happy to know that I could be ordering from them more frequently. But, last night (August 28th around 5pm) we went there to order, we noticed there wasn't anybody wearing a mask, nobody wearing gloves and I just feel it was necessary for the public to know that. We are really, really disappointed.
