I am absolutely appalled by the way that I was treated. A few weeks ago I went in and had two forever bracelets done, and I got a charm on one of them. I have never gotten anything like this before, so I made sure to ask the lady doing it that if they broke I could get it fixed. I was told that was absolutely no problem. The girl that originally did it was very sweet about the entire situation. I believe her name was Layton. They broke pretty soon after getting them, and when I went to go and get it fixed (which was absolutely no problem) like I was told that they would do, I was told that the bracelet with the charm was not something she wanted to fix. I spent extra money to get that charm on there and at the time it was absolutely no problem at all. The lady that refused to helped me is named Emily and treated me with the upmost disrespect. Emily encourages to not get any charms put on, but I am confused on why it is offered? From what it seemed to me the only reason she didnāt want to fix it was strictly because ācharms are things that she just doesnāt want to doā. In my opinion this is absolutely unprofessional, and charms shouldnāt be offered if not given when requested - or refused to be fixed down the line. I had an appointment for a linx for over a week, and ended up never getting anything because they had someone else go at my time slot today when I went in, and then the machine didnāt end up working. The girls working were NOT kind in any way about the situation. I waited over 40 minutes for this appointment and ended up never wanting to come back to clothe. They ONLY apologized because I didnāt say anything as they handed over the refund receipt, and as I was actively leaving the store. I decided to not reschedule my appointment and voiced my frustration with basically no response. I asked if the appointments were strict and they said āthey are supposed to beā but clearly arenāt. Nobody ever greets you when you come in either.. just overall bad customer service. 1/10 experience today.
Edit after response: the ladies that took my appointment slot unfortunately said they were āwalk insā that made no appointment so I KNOW i should have had my appointment. Appointments should be strict if you offer them. As I said, I would have remade my appointment if your employees would have handled the situation correctly and politely. But that did not happen.
