DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME. I have shopped at this store several times over the years. The store has some cute stuff and a lot of different options. It is located close to my workplace, so I often stop by after I get off work. Over the years I have noticed the customer service isn’t the greatest, but I just kept stopping by to shop anyway. Yesterday I stopped to look around and it will be my last. When I entered the store (October 31, 2022 @ 4:30) 2 young girls were at the counter and did not greet me. I shopped for several minutes, had AN ARMFUL of clothes in my arms and needed a dressing room. I ended up just going into a dressing room that had a door open and wasn’t being used even though it had clothes that someone else had left in it. I tried on items for several minutes and actually left the dressing room twice to retrieve different sizes NOT A SINGLE WORD WAS SAID TO ME. At one point the owner (I believe) came from the back and talked to the two girls and then disappeared agian. I really liked three items of clothing, about $275 worth of merchandise. I stood there wondering if I should purchase them…I left the dressing room, not a word was said to me, not even a helpful glance by the girls behind the counter…I just decided I didn’t need to give this place my business. Read moreI received a lovely tunic for Christmas, but it was too big. When I went in to exchange it, the sales lady explained their return policy and that it had been too long to exchange. I told her I'd never been into their store before and so didn't know the policy. She just rudely shrugged her shoulders and said sorry, then looked away. I'm not saying their policy is bad, stores have to have a policy. I'm just saying they could have used way more discretion in the delivery. There are always exceptions to policies, especially when it doesn't cost them money or inventory. I wanted to exchange. Read moreBrought my friends from out of town with me to check out this place. We had just came from Clothe boutique and spent about $500 combined. Nevertheless, I was extremely disappointed and embarrassed at how we were treated. None of the 2 employees greeted us at the door and sat and stared and ate food at the check-out counter as we shopped. Had to ask for a fitting room and the employee only helped the skinnier girl of my friends. Tried on a couple things and ultimately decided not to buy anything because of how bad the vibes were in the store.
