The looks and comfort was good but the customer service was very disappointing. We went to see Moana 2 on Thursday night, the 8:15 showing. As we were purchasing the tickets, the computer would not let the woman helping us enter the tickets because it was after 8:15. She was a young blonde woman and was very kind and let us know she would get the manager to ring up our tickets. The manager, an older blonde woman in a floral shirt, walked over to the computer. She looked very annoyed and she rolled her eyes when the employee told her the situation. She then clarified we wanted the tickets to the 8:15 showing and said in a rude tone “you know the movie already started and your missing the movie anyway” I assured her I understood how time works and she rang me up. I informed her more people were coming so she wouldn’t have to make multiple trips and she rolled her eyes again. After my friends got their tickets I asked them how they felt they were treated and they agreed she was short and rude to us while buying tickets. I had high expectations after an excellent experience during the theatre’s opening week, but unfortunately, my second visit was disappointing. Four of us purchased recliner seats in the back row, expecting a comfortable experience for an almost three-hour movie for couple seating. However, our seats did not recline, which made it difficult to fully enjoy the film.
Additionally, we waited over 20 minutes for a simple order of French fries, which added to the frustration due to 2 people in our party missing the first 10 minutes of the show. To top it off, the girls’ restroom lacked paper towels, which reflects poorly on the overall upkeep.

I went with my 7 year-old son and we sat in the loveseat with heated seats - that was the highlight of his experience. 2 stars is really for the number of employees not staffed, a slow moving and disorganized concession line and a lack of pineapple whip stand attendance. It took us 25 minutes to go through the concession line, with 4 registers open and only 3 customers in front of us in our line. To butter your popcorn you also have to cross the crowded lobby lines, despite there being a butter station by the soda refills (just not operational for some reason).
