If you're looking for a great experience, come to this barber shop and especially hit up Steven! He definitely came in clutch 100% for me. Because I went to a different barbershop beforehand than the one I normally go to because the guy who I normally go to is always booked and I don't usually like having to schedule out in advance all the time, because sometimes I like doing walk-ins. So I came to this barber shop because I needed help getting my hair fixed because a previous barber messed it up, so I went here and he hooked me up. He did an amazing job. He talked me through the whole process, and as somebody who has ADHD and high-functioning autism, it's a lot harder for me to find a place where I'm comfortable and feel safe because, you know, I can get anxious, and I also deal with OCD. So I am very particular about my hair and he definitely hooked me up and made me feel comfortable. And I feel a lot more confident with my hair now. Checked online and the website cheerfully stated "Walk-ins are welcome", so I picked up my brother to take him there to get a haircut. I arrived two hours before they closed and was coldly greeted and told they were "booked solid" and there was no way they could fit us in for a haircut. I understand if you're booked, but there were three stylists/barbers there and only one had a client in the chair, and no one was waiting for a haircut. It's a short men's haircut that requires clippers only that would have taken 5 minutes max, and an extra $22 in their pocket. PLEASE don't advertise that you accept walk-ins if you prefer appointment-based clientele. It's not like we walked in 5 minutes to closing time, so there was plenty of time to fit him in. I had heard good things and was planning on switching from my current barber to H/H, but after this experience, neither my family nor I will be coming back.
