What an amazing place! The hospitality is outstanding for a haunted house. When I say exceptional customer service they go above the rest! My family and I travel all over Missouri to attend haunted houses, and when we find one that is handicap accessible, thats even better. We had tried to go earlier in the week and were told to come back Thursday for handicap accessible night. We get there and find out we missed it, and the acessible attraction was at 7pm. It was 8 and the lady there was kind enough to make an excption for us.They helped guide my son and help lift his wheelchair through several stairs, guided us through and helped light the path, and had someone help catch him at the end of the slide. This was by far the absolute WORST haunted house I’ve been thru. My best friend was SHIVED against a wall and my boyfriend THROWN to the ground over absolutely nothing. The staff was extremely disrespectful. The security guard was the worst of them all. Dont even get me started on the cop that was sent out. I’ve been to HUNDREDS of haunted houses and never had such a bad experience. We were thrown down stairs, literally shoved. My best friend is in TEARS because he was screaming in her face and I had to go back for her because they were screaming and shoving us out but holding us up against everything so we could not leave.
