I have been going to this jewelry store since I was a kid. My parents also shopped there and I have continued going there. They have done repair work and resizing for me and it’s all been perfect.
My father had recently passed and I took his watch in there to have a couple links removed so that I could wear it. The man helping me noticed that the back had been engraved with a company name and dates of employment (it was dads retirement watch) and he said they provide the watches for the company my dad worked for.
