Kroger — Local services in Springfield

Today 11/02/2024 This Krogers proved to me that they are the best Kroger in TN. I am thankful that God showed me the true side of Springfield TN, that there's many people here with good hearts. I am thankful of all the staff they were all very helpful and understanding of me and the medical issues I am currently having with my body failing.

I have not been well for a long long time now and have just been pushing as hard as I possibly can for years now. It truly touched my heart that not only the staff was caring and helpful but even the customers helped me when they noticed I was not doing well. I honestly feel like my body is completely dying but at least I am happy because of how the staff have touched my heart and the citizens of Springfield TN. Today I was given hope in humanity again and I got to see a side of the world that I have longed to see. Which is to see humanity love one another from their heart.

I recommend everyone in Springfield TN to shop here. Mainly because the people here truly care and I Love That. Walmart was so horrible to me they blinded me of what was truly good the see in this city. Also a few other places were very evil to me on matters they shouldn't of jeopardized dealing with my pediatrician here which fueled me with flames of rage even a bump in the road at Krogers once over a simple lighter. I met really good people at the DG and Speedway also and I thank God for that opportunity to get to meet so many kind hearted people that show love as a second nature.

For those that wronged me may God Most High help them all become more loving and caring people like the majority of the citizens of Springfield TN and may God Most High teach them to be more like the good that is here.

I pray that God Most High will protect everyone that is good here in Springfield TN that showed me that there's people on this earth that truly can and will Love one another as God Most High intended of humanity. May God Most High protect this city and the farmlands around it that are so beautiful even if there was all hell in the rest of the world may God protect this portion and shield my community that's loving and caring from any harm or darkness that surrounds us daily. May God Most High keep us all strong and healthy here that are the ones that are truly caring. May God Most High protect you all that have the heart that God speaks of in heaven and may you all have the divine protection prosperity and grace God has too bestow forever and for eternity. Amen.

I shop here literally every other day, I’m a mom of 2, I buy my weekly groceries use self check out mind my business. Last week I bought bread that had mold so I thought no problem I’ll run in and exchange it with my other return I had (mind you I’ve never had any other previous returns) I ask if I can exchange and if she could look up my order through my debit card and CLARA said the “lady” that does that is not there today. And that I absolutely could not exchange the moldy bread I had just bought the other day. It was a lot worse then that though this is just in a nut shell. I walked out then called and ask to speak to the manager I told him what happened and he said that was wrong and to come in and we can exchange it. Like what was the reason for that?? I’m not a bad person and I was with my mother that day who is 65 and she got treated just the same and she also had her receipt. I just don’t get it, Kroger this is how you want your “head cashiers” to treat people? Give some nobody a title like “head cashier” and they think they can treat people however they want. I shop here every day and all I wanted was an exchange for MOLDY BREAD and she treated us like dirt man. Sucks that I spend my hard earned money here every day and when I have a problem and needed it to be fixed we got treated that way. Not exceptable man. Im complaining about Clara to head quarters. Clara has to be the rudest and most unhelpful customer service I’ve ever encountered. She’s always like this - whether she’s taking care of the Customer Service register, running a regular register, or supervising the self checkout. I’ve never had an interaction with her that she wasn’t just rude and unhelpful.

Jacob shuts down the doors 15 minutes before closing when he’s working and will not let anyone else in even tho the store closing time is 15 minutes out. We had a blood sugar emergency one night and needed to use the restroom and grab something quick to bring blood sugar back to level. After he stopped me at the door, I explained the situation and he still would not let me in. Good thing it did not turn into a seizure or a medical emergency requiring the hospital or I would have sued… either post the closing time as 15 minutes earlier on Google maps and the store signs or quit having your employees stop people at the door 15 minutes before you actually close.

Very few registers open for those with full carts or more than a few items. Self checkout lines are super long. This place is a...
