Bojangles — Restaurant in Springfield

I’d like to share this review/opinion. The food here is really good! My favorite is the breakfast chicken fillet with totes ♥️ of all fast food in Springfield, bojangles is where you mostly can see us. I rate the service only 3 stars because(this happened twice) one time we were in drive through and my man asked if he can have the mustard instead of buffalo sauce… we were starving that time and he was so excited for his food(Bojangles has a good mustard!) just to realized that they still gave him the buffalo sauce even though the lady asked my man for confirmation if he actually wants mustard. 2nd time, this happened today, We got drinks and we got totes again and we were expecting to have straws at least since our food comes with drinks and there were no ketchup as well. I see that the owner is reading reviews and the owner is also responding.. I am hoping that he/she will see this review. I left this review not to hate but rather to contribute for a better service not just for us but for other people as well. It can be very frustrating when you are starving and craving just to realized that your order messed up. That would be all! We are hoping that our next visit at Bojangles/next drive through will be a good one!! ☝️ More power to...

Service with kindness and smiles always!! The staff is always cheerful and welcoming. Never once have I had a bad experience here. When the morning drive thru was slammed and I decided to add something once at the window it was mistaking left out of our order. I went back hours later after working all day and explained I was shorted but completely understood why it happened and wasn't mad in the slightest they asked how I would like to rectify it, refund of missing items or a replacement. Again, being kind, I said, "I am just tired so handle it in a way that is best for you. I really don't mind." They repeated my order at no charge including what was missing the first time. It was more than what was required or expected. They have the best Chicken Biscuit but I suggest adding Pimento Cheese to it. Oh my gosh... no hash brown needed although it comes...

Let's start by saying I didn't want to make a review, but it was necessary. After getting the same service, from the same person on more than 1 occasion. I had to speak out, because it's rude and disrespectful. If you can take money, then you can offer some respect. The last time I checked condiments such as ketchup was available upon request. I politely asked for ketchup and jelly for my bo rounds and steak bo biscuit. I was completely cut off and asked what kind of jelly and I responded grape. No ketchup was added to my bag by this brunette Karen in training, only 1 single grape jelly. I didn't make a big deal, just knocked on the window and a lovely gentlemen of the (same race as her) handed me ketchup & more jelly.
