I went in looking for a piece of jewelry for my girlfriend. It is a small shop, but the quality of customer care and appreciation is unrivaled by that of any other jeweler you will find elsewhere. Jarel showed me some pieces he had already in the shop, and then proceeded to bring out two different catalogs of pieces that they can get ordered overnight, in addition to a hefty scrapbook of all the work they had done and designs they have made from scratch. I showed him a similar earring set that my girlfriend would like, but it wasn't the stone that I wanted to get. He proceeded to look through a catalogue as I browsed the scrapbook of their work, and he found the perfect set for her. The pricing was amazing, too! 5/5 stars, I will definitely be going to them for my business and would highly recommend them to anyone to be their center...

Today I went to Kenworthy's Jewelry in Springfield. It was my first time to go to the shop. I have not been to a jewelers for years. The location was good as I also live in Springfield. I needed to have some links removed from the wristband of a watch I had purchased from a magazine featuring watches necklaces and other items of jewelry.

While I was there the owner of the shop shared an album of the the jewelry that had been designed by his wife and also gave me a short introduction to the process of creating a ring from a drawing to a wax mold. That then would be cast. I will have to check the process online to learn more

I was happy with the service I was given and the price was fair. I would recommend this shop with no reservations.

I was looking for a Jewelry Store to resize my ring. I found Kenworthy's Springlfield Jewelry. I was a walk in customer. Customer service was excellent. I don't live in the area and am dealing with health issues. I expected to have a waiting period of 2 weeks or so. My ring has sentimental values and had other issues to address. He took my ring and made it ready in a couple of hours. I am more than satisfied and this keepsake will be passed down with it's history and perfection. Thank you so much to this business.
