Edit sadly:( - for months I’ve been able to call and check on the status of my item and due date so I don’t lose it, today they were not very nice not rude per say I just felt like they was just trying to hurry me off. They said my name bday info nothing came up which is completely impossible and then they just pretty much was like that’s all I can do I said I think the is is the last day I can’t lose this air please and I told him kindly when I’m off work there closes and I got a pretty much sorry about cha!!!! Super disappointed :( only issue I’ve had besides the rude lady but everyone else is amazing . This is a very important item to me and all I have and there Moto is—- we don’t want you to lose your stuff we want to help :(

would like to give 5 stars but they have one employee that is just so down right rude EVERY TIME, in person , on the phone … always! I’m always very nice and polite and she just acts like she’s hates her job or something of the sort. I i forget my payment day Afew times and have to call and ask and I dread it being her it’s that dreary! This place does business with stolen property, then kicks customers out of their store for no reason after paying to get their own property back. The woman at the front is the rudest person I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with, granted, she didn’t even know the situation. But even besides that we didn’t do anything that warranted being treated horribly. My diamond/gold ring was stolen and pawned at this pawn shop. Instead of pressing charges I opted to go up there and pay to get my ring back. So we go up there and weren’t even greeted, I made a comment towards the person who stole my ring and the woman at the front desk(instead of just being quiet and doing her job)decided to insert herself telling us not to cause “drama.” She was rude and acting very suspicious the whole transaction even going as far as to make us go outside(without giving me my ring) after giving her the cash for MY property. Then we were standing outside which she told us to do, and she comes out there trying to cause problems telling us to go away and being rude interrupting a very personal conversation to us saying we weren’t customers(even tho it’s my property and we paid to get my property back lol). Then went back inside after flipping us off I’m pretty sure🤣My diamond ring was handed back in no packaging. Very unprofessional wouldn’t recommend. Bought a used gun recently and noticed how incredibly dirty it is, I mean I get that it's used and it won't be perfectly clean but there's still gun powder residue all over the gun and iv spent the last 30 minutes cleaning it. I love cleaning guns so no big deal but regardless I could physically see dirt and grime all over the gun and the barrel was absolutely horrible. Honestly the worst part of my review is the guys working back there, there rude and extremely unpleasant to be around. They don't greet or keep conversation. I had to stand there and wait for those two guys to quit talking before they noticed me. So I definitely won't be coming back for anything else probably ever again. The jeweler lady( can't remember her name) was an absolute wonderful lady we talked for a minute and she was super nice. If your looking to get a gun I'd look else where maybe, anything else I'm unsure of. This is from my experience of course and iv dealt with this for the last 6 months paying...
