Ozark Mountain Popcorn — Local services in Springfield

Delicious popcorn & excellent customer service!

I live in Indiana, but I wanted to get some popcorn for my mom who lives in Missouri. It was just a few days before Mother's Day, so I didn't know if she'd get it in time.

I was able to order it online from Ozark Mountain Popcorn. The online ordering process was very simple. I added a note to my order, letting them know that my sister would be picking it up in the store. They sent me an email to let me know when the order was ready for my sister to pick up. She had a lot of fun picking it up, because she got to sample popcorn in the store and buy some for herself. She said that the employee who helped her in the store was very friendly and helpful.

The order was ready for pickup very quickly, and it was accurate. My mom loved the Mother's Day surprise. I chose two flavors that I knew she liked (cinnamon and cheddar), and I decided to try the sweet mint for the third flavor. She had never tried mint popcorn before, but she said that it was unusual and really tasty.

The only thing that could have improved the whole ordering process would be if more of the tin designs were available in the larger sizes. I really wanted to get the woodland animals tin, but it was only available in the smallest size.

The next time I'm in Springfield, I'll make sure to stop by in person to buy popcorn for myself. Overall, this was an excellent experience, and I'll definitely order...

I’ve been a carmel popcorn lover for years and I’ve tried so many different brands some good, some bad and some just plain nasty. Well one day I happen to be at the hospital in Springfield, Mo visiting a sick relative decided to go to the cafeteria to grab a snack . I looked over and seen Carmel popcorn (Ozark Mountain popcorn) thought I would try it thinking to myself probably not going to be very good cause hospital cafeteria carring it. WOW!!! Was I so wrong. This was the best popcorn I’ve ever had, It was so good I drove back to Springfield to find this place and when I did I purchased the biggest bag they had available. Not sure what they do differently but I curse them cause now my addiction to Carmel popcorn has gotten worse. lol!! I’ll never eat a different brand and if I do I find myself comparing it to theirs. This place is awesome! The staff is super friendly. Prices are reasonable. The product they serve is great! I got a gallon bag of a custom mix of toffee & cheddar cheese. It is delicious. I was impressed with how clean the store and production area was. I think it's so cool that their popcorn is produced and packaged right there. Ozark Mountain Popcorn is truly one of the hidden gems of Springfield. They cater to all tastes. They have savory popcorn, Candied popcorn, Spicy popcorn, even the butter flavor is exceptional.
