Rusty Moose Lodge Decor — Local services in Springfield

Very uncomfortable, unwelcoming atmosphere in this business, treated us like we were going to be shoplifters as soon as we walked into the store. My sister and I(we are in our late 50s) have been coming to this store for many years whenever we are in town, we won’t ever be coming back! It has been a very long time since I felt as unwelcome as we did today when we came in to look around. This was my sister’s favorite store in Springfield but she said that after today, she would never give them another dime of her money and she always purchased something every time we’ve ever been in that store, not today. I just find it sad that small business owners feel that it is okay to make people feel unwelcome in their store and then wonder why they are struggling to stay...

Absolutely incredible cabin-type of decor. Best store I have ever been in for this kind of selection. I wish I could buy most of the stuff in the store.

The main problem were high prices. For example, about $6000 for a dining room table, one bench and 5 chairs. Granted, it was an incredible set, but expensive. I still was trying to figure out a way to buy it.

The guy in his 20's was very friendly and very helpful. I was impressed with him. The others were very quiet, almost standoffish.

Overall, a wonderful place to shop for unique cabin decor. I would go back. There are many things (other than the dining set) that I have...

The Rusty Moose is a beautiful shop with tons of unique furniture, wall hangings, light fixtures, everything lodge decor, and even taxidermy. We live in Kansas City and visit the Table Rock area at least once a year and everytime we stop at The Rusty Moose. We just ordered a custom walnut TV cabinet and can't wait to see it. The staff is welcoming and helpful. Stop in! I'll bet it will be one of your favorite places to shop as well!...
