This bank has been trying to pull a loan payment from a CLOSED account for 12 days now. I have went up to the branch, signed paperwork, and called 4 different times to tell them to pull it from the OPEN account. Dennis has yet to fix the paperwork issue, and this is set to report to credit on day 15. We are now on day 12. They are very hard to get a hold of on the phone, when Dennis finally picked up today, the call was disconnected. He did not bother to contact me back, and when I finally was able to get through the call center and be transferred to him, he was already on the line with someone else. DO NOT get a loan here, unless you want to badger them about taking the payment. DO NOT bank here, unless you are prepared to have to go into the branch each time you want to do business, as no one will answer the phone. There are only two workers here typically.
