If i could leave negative stars, I most defiantly would!!!! I have taken my office staff there several times before due to convince of being close by for lunches. However for our office Christmas lunch I wish I would have by FAR chose a different option. We had got there at a busy time so we waited a while for or food which was ok it was as expected during this time of year. HOWEVER we were ignored with empty drinks and refills the whole hour we waited. We finally after over an HOUR decided we had waited long enough and been ignored for long enough that we were ready to go! Not to mention had to get back to work for our customers we had ourselves. We go to the front, (since we were once again ignored so had to track someone down) and ask for all of our food to go. We were handed a bill and told our food would be right out. After seeing our bill and not even offered an explanation or offered a discount for the inconvenience. We decided to leave. Without our food because it never came neither did anyone else for that matter other than to be handed a $50.00 bill we needed to pay. We had to stop by Braums in front of the restaurant only for convenience. We get back to our office to greet our customers who needed to return from earlier in the day. They had asked us how our lunch was because they had seen us walk in to La Paloma. We had let them know about our experience to come to find out THEY HAD ALREADY PAID FOR OUR BILL!!!!! So now I'm furious having to drive back up there to explain our horrific experience there not to mention the fact there was no communication made to inform anyone else that our bill had already been payed for and not to mention the fact we were handed a BILL AT THE END TO APPARENTLY DOUBLE PAY! I ask for a refund as they hand me my food that had been sitting on the back counter for who knows how long just to be told I would be called by the manager because she was unable to do the refund herself. The manager calls and instead of putting me on a professional hold while they talked about me and the experience I could hear every word ( English or not I can still hear and understand you) just to get back on the phone saying they needed the persons number who payed for the meal to do the refund. Luckily only by paperwork our customers I filled out had had their number. All this to say that I most DEFIANTLY WILL NOT BE RETURNING BY ANY MEANS! Their service was HORRIBLE and the customer service was just as bad! Not to mention WAY overpriced for the food that was not even that good. I would find another place in town. Amigos...

Food was just ok. I get carnitas just about everywhere I go and I was disappointed in how lacking in flavor these were. They didn’t come out crisped like they were put on a hot top before serving but more like they were put under a broiler as the outside of every piece was dry. I was also shocked at how expensive this place is compared to other locations. The kids meals being $8.49 and not including a drink is crazy. It was over $12 for my 6 year old to have a plate of easy mac n cheese and a soda. Service was somewhat frustrating. We had the back room for a meeting, maybe we were far from the other tables they had because we’d have spans of time where we wouldn’t see our servers. I don’t know. Salsa was on the table when I arrived maybe 6 containers, but there were only 2 baskets of chips. I had to ask 3 times to get chips for that end of the table. Then delivered chips to the end of the table where no was sitting yet instead of near where I could reach. With so many Mexican restaurant options in the area with better prices and more flavorful food, I...

We went today, the food on the menu seemed overpriced compared to other (really delicious mexican restaurants) we still decided to give them a try.

There was gum on the table, we asked the server to please clean it, he just moved it away with a menu...not even sanitized or anything.

Kind of dissapointed...our total was $90 dll (plus tip) we ordered enchiladas de mole...Well they had very litte mole and did not even have beans with a suuuper small portion of rice...then my kid ordered a peperoni pizza, yeah I know they use frozen pizza but at least you should make sure to get a good one, the cheese looked weird and it was horrible, my husband tried it and it was so bad.

The tamales...another dissapoinment, they didn't even have a good taste or a good amount of salt...

The desserts, $8dlls something each! And they weren't that good 🥺

Definetly NOT worth it AT ALL! If you go, bring your own salt but honestly you can have GOOD mexican food in other restaurants that aren't overpriced and have good flavors..

The worst spent 100 dlls of my...

If I could give zero stars I would have. My husband's burrito said it came with roasted corn, and peppers. It seriously came with FIVE pieces of corn. It's almost funny but this burrito was $15. They have no idea what seasoning is bc all of our food was bland. And I mean BLAND, not even a dash of salt. My burrito was so bland the only thing that made it edible was the Spinach cheese sauce and even then it could've used seasoning. Taco Bueno has better burritos for cheaper. And to put the cherry on top, I thought "hmm well at least the chips and salsa will be good " WRONG. I have never tasted salsa like that in my life, it tasted like pizza sauce with no salt or anything. No cilantro, or onions.. we should've just made our own burritos. Yall need to get someone else in the kitchen or close shop, idk how yall are in business with this food at those prices.

As Tina Turner sang, “Simply the Best,” so was this restaurant! In Sunday Lunch with Mom fashion, I ordered the Tacos de Pescado La Paz (fish tacos) and mom had the Vegetable Quesadilla. This restaurant understands that you eat first with your eyes and the plating was exceptional! Rarely, if ever, can I say that the food looks like the pictures on the menu, but all plates I saw at our and surrounding tables were exquisite. The taste matched the plating in that it was outrageously good! The swai fried fish was perfectly crispy and warm in my tacos! Our server was also probably the best server I’ve had in awhile. He complimented me on my pronunciation of “pescado la paz”, kept my drink filled, and was very warm and friendly. “Serving” seemed important to him! I appreciated it!

The rice is always good. Not the biggest highlight but most mexican places serve old crunchy rice and this place is always fresh and not over seasoned. I've have two enchilada dishes with the three pepper sauce. This sauce is so good. It's not Verde and not red sauce. It's my h more flavorful. The chicken inside was dry and no seasoning at all. It says grilled but it wasn't and it was too dry and bland to eat. The seafood ench has white fish which was ok, shrimp was good but the crab was nasty and imitation. I don't eat that so had to pick some out. Generally this is upper scale mex more for special occasions and not just to order plain beef tacos kinda place. Seafood enchiladas pictured $14.99. The salsa was really watery but flavor was ok.
