Burger King — Restaurant in Springfield

Rated one star just so I could write a review, I went this morning with my brother and we both got an egnormous burrito combo large and got caramel frappe thing as the drink for a total of 17.14. So.... number 1 my "large" hashbrowns where more like a mass of fried potato pieces and there was barely enough in the container to cover a small.... number 2 my caramel frappe just had a massive glob of caramel sauce in the top. Number 3 my burrito had no sausage on it AT ALL and a single strip of bacon.... number 4 the bag did not have ketchup for my potatoes pieces nor any salsa or anything for my burrito NOR was I offered any and I didnt realize any of this until I got home because I went thru the drive thru.... garbage presentation, I expected more from burger king but I guess I'm gonna start going to McDonald's for...

Yesterday evening on 1/7/22 at 4:59 pm the person taking payments looked to be taking pics of card info. She processed my payment but before giving me my card back looked to see if anyone was watching or nearby in store before waving my card 3 times in front of something and then holding it still for a couple seconds like she was taking a pic with phone before handing it back. I called manager and so they can investigate but she didn't seem concerned at all. I won't be going back to this BK and I will use cash at other BK restaurants. This occurred on E. Main restaurant. I'm not one to complain unless there is an issue. I even thought about it before I called today but I decided to call because it needs to be investigated. I buy food regularly in this restaurant but lately the service is VERY MAL the guy who works the night shift does not take orders properly and always claims that that's not what I ask, on Saturday I asked for a spice chicken sandwich combo and a fish sandwich and gave me the regular chicken sandwich and at the same time the fish sandwich gave it to me but chicken, and right now 4/7 12:30 he claims again that I didn't order the food properly, even one day he told me He said a few words in Spanish at first I thought it was out of kindness now I realize it's for discrimination, if I go to this restaurant it's because I like food and because it's the only thing that's open at this time of night if someone reads my comment, please don't go to this restaurant because they have no respect...
