Dragon China — Restaurant in Springfield

Spent $68 here and I usually tip with cash and pay with card. My online total came to $59.15 but ended up at $68 after the "extra" charges 🤬 The customer service was terrible and they forced the tip on me without explanation. The rice was nasty. Half tasted rotten and half tasted like cleaning materials 🤢 the egg rolls tasted like the cabbage was spoiled 🤮 not all the food was bad, only what I noted. But to say hot and fresh is rediculous. After spending that much on a order where half had to be thrown out was absurd. Not to mention they pulled the "fried rice" out of a rice cooker. I'm starting to think these people aren't really Chinese. They won't get my business anymore but if you wanna eat there,...

When I was young (late 90's- mid 00's), my mother and I would get food from here and it was amazing. We'd go in, order and while we waited they had a hot/ cold water thermos so you could help yourself to tea. I loved it there and the employees were always so nice. But around the mid 00's, they must have changed management because the staff was entirely different people. From then on we noticed an undesirable change in the taste of the food, and the staff always seemed gruff and annoyed. We stopped going all-together, and I've since heard that several people have gotten severely ill from there. It's really such a shame, I'd give it 5 stars if it was as good as...

I always take out but don't let the amount of stars be a decision to go elsewhere because when it comes to Chinese food I have been going here for over 30 years I know of and still my go to Chinese food and I love their egg rolls and gotta get some spring rolls too but I order it my way beef and broccoli Schwann style extra red peppers and extra spicy and they will let you have it so if you are not the very hot level go just Schwann style and no peppers and you will enjoy my favorite order and I been ordering it so long they repeat it when I get to the counter and I usually just say domo you know what I want check in...
