Usually always good customer service, but tonight I waited longer than usual because the person helping with wigs didn't know how to prioritize and multi-task. Instead of getting product and helping the next person she continued to let her figure out if she wanted the wig or not and also grabbed 2-3 more wigs for her to "try" before addressing other customers. I knew what I wanted to buy and could've been serviced in just a couple moments had she addressed me...

The pictures are misleading: the store is dark, dirty, and unorganized. The wig selection non-existent: 3 different styles (bobs, crazy long, and super curly). The assistant that "helped" us had the attitude that she would've rather had been anywhere else but there.
