One morning when I got off of work because I wanted to get more wax to relax for when I got home I checked the store website, it showed they had Wicked crumble, wicked badder as well in stock, considering how most things work, I trusted the site because why shouldnāt I? Wrong. A 30 minute drive later and I get there, āid like the badderā I say āwe donāt have the badder inā then I say āwhat about the crumble?ā They checked and none. But they really recommended a new brand they got in called dazed, I thought Iād give it a shot considering Iād already drove thirty minutes out. Keep in mind, Iāve smoked variants of diamonds before that Iāve actually liked too, so I decided to choose the dazed D90 diamonds 3000mg nillawaferz live resin, Iād like to point out when I made my purchase, I wasnāt given my receipt but honestly Iāve never been given a receipt for a single one of my purchases. When I got home and tried it out, it was the worst thing I had ever inhaled in my entire life, it had left a sticky grimy texture in my mouth after use and a nasty chemical aftertaste and yes I use everything and my equipment properly so it was definitely the crap and not me lol. Out of years of smoking this is the first actual bad experience Iāve ever had. I made a call to the store immediately and explained the situation to the store manager Tristian, he explained that I could exchange it for something of equivalent value (I would be willing to pay the difference when time came if need be),I even asked when would the previous badder and crumble be in stock, I answered my own question with the fact that I said I would just call the store before hand to see if they had any in stock and he agreed. I originally called on 29th of march 2025 to dispute my issue with Tristian, called again Wednesday April 2nd 2025 to check their stock, wicked badder and wicked crumble was not in stock, Iād also like to ask why the employees donāt know when things will go on the floor? Iām assuming poor communication between management and employees. I called the store again tonight, asking if they had badder or crumble in stock, nope. Just their dazed products they said. Well I certainly donāt want a brand thatās already made an absolutely disgusting impression on me and in my mouth and lungs. So at this point I just want my money back. I call the store again, ask for Tristian. By the way as a manager of a store Iād love to explain itās very rude that when youāre asking for a manager, you the employee doesnāt say āwhoās asking?ā Train your staff on that too, Tristian. So Iām on the phone with Tristan and reexplain to him the situation, but explain that Iād like my money back if I canāt get an equivalent exchange if they donāt have the stock of what I want repeatedly over a week. He explained without the receipt it wouldnāt be possible. He explained heād check transactions, he said he couldnāt find the transaction that the transaction is no longer in the database and he couldnāt do anything without the receipt or else āhed lose more moneyā but I explained the lady hadnāt given me a receipt and that most dispensaries have a certain return policy. He replied with āyes we have a 48 hour return policy with the receiptā he mentioned that only after I mentioned most dispensaries have a certain return policy, id also like to mention I offered my bank account statement showing the purchase, because thatās all a receipt is for is proof of purchase but he tried to say the ID number was on the receipt but I could honestly give a crap less about ID numbers and the system, Iāve been tremendously scammed, lied to, and disrespected by this store and as a store manager myself Iām actually really disappointed in the poor staff training. And poor management it seems too. A manager being so reluctant to give refunds especially when the cashier is at fault for a missing receipt means youāre gonna lose money elsewhere, I think any person with intelligence...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSo overall I will say I'm ok with the experience. First off the shop felt a little sketchy to say the least there were several people on the parking lot. Just hanging out the emergency exit was ajar and open to anybody huge potential robbery. It did not feel like it a safe place to be with large amounts of money coming in. The CCTV SYSTEM was at least 10 years old think non HD bullet cameras. Another issue I take is the sales staff. Obviously there not being trained properly or at all on the different cannabinoids or they're just too high to do their jobs properly. I don't know. I straight up told the salesman I'm looking for a THCA only vape cartridge none of that Delta 8 crap I can get a ounce of for 25 dollars. He proceeded to point out about 50 different brands of vape cartridges insisting that they were all THC A He then said I use these everyday. They're THC so I took him at his word. I buy the vape cartridge I get out of my car I go to open. I had to flip it over and it says Delta 8 infused and then return back into the store to explain the staff that I requested THCA and not Delta 8 and was told this was THCA. It took three people to go back and forth to the manager to get approval to exchange the product out for something that was supposed to THCA at that point I was ready to file a charge back and walk out. Needless to say unless this place improves their experience for shoppers, I probably will not be returning. I'm not interesting and looking at 300 different vape cartridges that all have the same basic Delta 8 ingredient and only four of them having true THCA product. That's what it seem to be in this situation. I don't really know as the workers were more clueless with things than I was on my first trip to the shop. I will say they did return the product and got me what I wanted to begin with, but I don't like the fact that I was pretty much lied to I was told Oh yeah, this is what you're looking for only to find out differently when I look at the packaging in the parking lot . If I were making suggestion? Start by training your employees on different cannabinoids and how they work. Don't just have some yes man behind the counter. The answers yes to every question. That's what led to you losing two stars in my review. Training will pay off in the long run when people consider you a reliable source of information involving cannabinoids and different forms of THC. Also, have an outside company evaluate your security risk and get you up to date on processes and procedures to prevent any type of crime in your business. If you don't do this, I fear that it's just a matter of time before some 16-year-olds walking there with an AK-47 and rob you. All that being said, I'm confident I could run circles around your current employees as far as knowledge of cannabinoids and how they affect the body and how they can be used for medical and recreational purposes. And I've never worked for a dispensary or any other cannabis type job. I'm just educated on how cannabinoids work and all the different cannabinoids that exist you're employees...

I went to go make my daily purchase which has become quite the hassle because you are only supposed to get one gram of the day when u were able to get three or four. That in itself is ridiculous like what they make off the gram of day alone probably covers most the overhead alone. Then the gram of the day has slowly gotten weaker and shy more time then not but yesterday after finding 2 bodies just to buy what I want two of the 3 kobe containers were freaking empty. This is unacceptable for me. I live all the way in Nixa and our vehicle just broke down and its all I can do to get a ride gas and weed money just to get ripped off after coming all that way and being a daily shopper I'm highly pissed and dissatisfied. Don't know why they would need to sell empty containers or if they got dropped in by accident but either way its foul. So u go from a 5 star to 1 star and hopefully one day you can change my mind cause at this point I'm done recommending your services. Because obviously if u can't do an everyday faithful customer good business then who says how it will go for the people I tell. Do better people it may only be 9 something to u but I had to find a ride, pay for gas, hunt down extra heads to by the extra grams so 9 turns into 20 real quick for me. And I don't like being ripped off especially when I have been so loyal of a customer....
