I used to love this place on W. Kearney St. They used to go above and beyond to get you what you want make it if it wasn't available at that time but now days they are aweful! Everytime I go online to order pot pies they aren't on the website they so I started just ordering them at drive thru they are never available. Sometimes they say they are out and ill say we'll can't you make one and they say it will be x amount of min ill say ill wait( because my Dad loves them he is 78 yrs old). It doesn't matter what it is i love the chicken strips and they will be out of them and they dont want to cook any of them for me . Im fed up with this location. They need to fire the staff and start over. So then they act like it gripes them to make anything when its in the evening and no it not closing time either. They just act like they don't want to please their customers. Ill drive to another KFC store before I go back to the Kearney St. One. 🔴UPDATE: They must have fired everyone and started with a new team because they have totally improved from the people who was running it in the above comment. So I raised the stars on this review to 4. So far everytime I go to this location they are happy to make chicken strips and Pot pies those were the two things yhe old crew never wanted to make for me. I'm so happy to see this crew is more friendly and ready to serve. It tastes good too.
