KFC — Restaurant in Springfield

We walked into the lobby to grab our pre paid online order which said it was ready for pick up. The "manager" on duty then very rudely tells us that her lobby person didn't do their job and lock the door. The lobby supposedly closed at 7, which isn't what it says online. She wouldn't even look at us and was glued to her phone. She was super aggressive with us, stepping up behind us like we weren't moving fast enough. It was right after 7 and our order was sitting on the counter. We even told her that the app shows it ready (we could see it just sitting there) but she told is that the app was wrong and "like she said" they are still working on it. She made us leave, pull through drive thru which had people in line. By the time we got home with our families dinner, it was ice cold, the side of mash potatoes we received was the personal size when it was supposed to be the regular size. The sweet tea we bought was plain ice tea. Literally everything that could have happened wrong, happened. That manager needs customer service training. She did NOT know what she was doing. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU EXPECT COLD FOOD AND TERRIBLE SERVICE. WISH I WOULD HAVE GOTTEN THE "MANAGERS" NAME BUT SHE WASNT WEARING A NAME TAG.

UPDATE: another terrible experience but this time as a Door Dasher. The wait for the food was terrible, BUT hearing all of them talk bad about the customers was ridiculous. You SEE customers in your lobby. Did you want a cookie for working and claiming a paycheck? I used to love this place on W. Kearney St. They used to go above and beyond to get you what you want make it if it wasn't available at that time but now days they are aweful! Everytime I go online to order pot pies they aren't on the website they so I started just ordering them at drive thru they are never available. Sometimes they say they are out and ill say we'll can't you make one and they say it will be x amount of min ill say ill wait( because my Dad loves them he is 78 yrs old). It doesn't matter what it is i love the chicken strips and they will be out of them and they dont want to cook any of them for me . Im fed up with this location. They need to fire the staff and start over. So then they act like it gripes them to make anything when its in the evening and no it not closing time either. They just act like they don't want to please their customers. Well, let's begin! Show up place order only ones in the place, now we order a 12 piece with extra sides we have a family now guy two walks in and orders a little while went by and one female and a old lady mine you we have been there for about 15 min already without anybody coming in. They walk in! " nobody had pre ordered" for all of this now we all are waiting and female that came in 3rd in which had a 8 piece gets her food 1st ok now there's 3 people in lobby guy 2 gets his food and so now i am getting a little heated so I walk up and said hay what's going on the person in front was short and full of excuses saying " sir we are trying our best!" I said the only way we get threw a rush lol is to stay grinding forward. Now iam not a ceo but we pay good HARD money and we get crap the legs were half gone no meat the meal was horrible the worst food EVER who ever sees this I want to be paid for the trash service that my family did for y'all since that was all that it was worth to y'all I paid 50 plus dollars for trash and poor...
