Not a single good thing to say about this visit. I made my order for 4 hot n ready (2sau 2pep) and 1 Ultimate Supreme via the drive thru at approximately 6:20pm. An order I make once or twice a month. Knowing that I have to go inside to pick up my order, I pull around front. I observe 8 customers standing inside waiting on orders. About 15 minutes later, one lady exits with her order. About 5 minutes later a family of 4 exits with their order. I go in and join the 3 others, 2 of whom had ordered in the drive thru AFTER I had ordered. The 2 guys that ordered behind me got their orders and left. The lady that was the last of the initial 8 standing inside waiting when I pulled around said she had placed her order about 15 minutes before I came thru making mine. When she asked the staff how much longer it was going to be for her Supreme and cheesy bread, she was told they didn't even have a ticket for her order. I was appalled by what I observed while waiting another 40 minutes for my order. There was an extreme lack of teamwork, pizza boxes sitting waiting for other parts of the order, and those boxes being opened repeatedly then shuffled around and the tickets switched from one stack to another and then back again. Ironically, the Supreme I was eventually handed was one of the boxes that had been sitting there being opened and shuffled for pretty much the entire 40 minutes that I was inside waiting. In this 40 minutes, two separate couples had come in to place an order, but no one ever came to the front to take their order, so after waiting 10 minutes or so each of them left. Another lady came in, walked to the counter saw the chaos, heard the cook "barking" about tickets and said, "nah, I'll just go order Pizza Hut delivery." and she too left. I was getting close to asking for my money back, and when I asked the cook(and obvious shift leader) how much longer it was going to be for my order, he walked away saying, "I don't know." When I said I have been waiting for 2 Saus, 2 Peps and a Supreme for over an hour, if it is going to be any longer, I just want my money back. He looked at the stacks of pizzas, pulled 2 boxes from one stack onto another stack, then the other guy added another to the stack and the cook handed me the newly created stack. It was now 7:50pm. Upon arrival to my home less than a 5 minute drive away, the Supreme was cold, the crust was not showing even a hint of browning, the cheese on the Peps was dried like cold pizza cheese is dried. The kids wouldn't even touch their favorite pizza from their favorite pizza place because "it looks yucky". When a 5, 7 and 8 year old say something like that about their favorite food, you know it is bad. I am so upset, I feel like I just threw $32 into the trash. I keep being told I should call the manager, that he/she should make it right. But frankly, I'm too disgusted to even want to order from Little...
Read moreI’ve been eating pizza from Little Caesars since I was a kid, and never have I received pizza as bad as what we did tonight or have I dealt with such a rude employee. I spent $51 on pizza and breadsticks that wasn’t even worth $20. My husband and I just got done shopping and hadn’t figured out what we was having for supper until we was close to Little Caesars, and knew the Pretzel Crust pizzas was back so decided to grab dinner here. We went in knowing that our order wouldn’t be a Hot and Ready order they are known for, and we would have to wait for our food. Well Hunter T. who took our order told us that our order was going to take about 30 minutes, therefore, we should’ve called our order in a head of time. Really!?! For one, we don’t live in town, and another we didn’t know until about a block away that we was going to order our dinner for here. The whole time he was taking our order he wasn’t friendly what so ever, and acted like we was wasting his time, other than the fact him telling us we should’ve called our order in. Like he was the one having to wait for his order to be done, maybe I guess your not allowed to wait in your vehicle for your food to be ready, and everybody should know way ahead of time what your having for dinner. Than after having deal with a rude employee, when we get home about 25 minutes later and go to eat our dinner, and open the boxes to find out we just wasted $50. We could have bought better frozen pizzas than what we received here. One of our pretzel pizzas didn’t have any pretzel salt on it and was glad crust, 3 of 4 pizzas had hardly any toppings on them, especially the one my husband had customized, the Italian Cheese Bread I ordered didn’t have cheese on a couple of the slices, and I ordered a few garlic butters only got 2. I guess 2 GB sounds like more than enough than 3 that I ordered to go with 4 pizzas, 2 ordered of Crazy Bread and an order of cheesy bread. I will not be returning to this location and will be contacting manager. Worst location to go to in the city of Springfield. I will drive way out of my way next time I want...
Read moreI’d give it zero stars if I could. Absolutely ridiculous. We always get the same thing- pizza with half pepperoni. For the first month or so since moving to the north side, they charged us for a medium pepperoni pizza, and just removed half the pep. But out of nowhere, they started charging us for a custom, saying it was “general manager’s decision” or whatever. Getting charged for more pizza- for HALF the toppings! We constantly have issues with this belligerent kid who looks like he’d rather be anywhere else and has no respect for customers. And they’re always asking customers to drive around and get in the back of the line to wait for our food, but this location is attached to a car company that often has its parking lot blocked off, preventing people from actually driving around. Today we told them we couldn’t, and wouldn’t be driving around, and they refused us service. They refunded us our money- and we drove right down the road to Domino’s. Got the same pizza for $6. So thanks Little Caesar’s, never...
