Wiggy Wash Owners: On the company website, your mission statement reads: “WHO WE ARE: Honesty, excellence, accountability, and teamwork are the life values we grew up with and our compass for direction. Utah is our home and our customers are neighbors. As we evolve, grow, and embrace change, we stay true to who we are. That is our promise.” What a crock of you-know-what. Not remotely close to what I experienced this evening while waiting for my Classic Extreme Full Service Wash. Poor service, poorly trained and unmotivated staff, and most importantly, a truly lousy car wash. I’ve used carwash services for 45+ years, and this was quite honestly the worst car wash I’ve ever driven out of. I do understand that with the fallout from Covid, it’s difficult to find people to work, especially in a role that is not glamorous and can involve hard work for not a lot of pay. That said, I also don’t expect to pay just shy of $30 for a car wash where my truck comes out as dirty as it went in. Plusses: Your staff did vacuum the carpets and cleaned the mats. Minuses: In addition to your actual wash equipment malfunctioning and spitting out a truck dirtier than it went in, the seats were not vacuumed, the windows were not cleaned, cup holders and center console pockets had not been vacuumed or cleaned, and none of the interior surfaces were wiped down. Your staff apologized for the sloppy work, said the cleaning crew was counseled on it, and said their washing line was not working well, and that I was welcome to drive down to Spanish Fork to have it redone or come back when it's fixed. That's the opposite direction from where I live. No mention of a refund for a truly lousy cleaning job which was clearly rushed through and performed by staff that was more interested in getting off shift and going home than earning a wage. You ideally should have offered me a full refund. Why? because I'll have to do it over either myself or at another carwash (NOT WIGGY WASH!!). Additionally, after paying to have you clean both the interior and exterior of my truck, when I tried to clean up after your staff's botched work myself, I found your vacuum station was not stocked with any clean rags, the vacuum equipment was not operational (barely any suction), and was missing hoses on the vacuum manifold (possibly why there was no vacuum). A staff person handed me a rag and said it was clean and that she'd get some more. I tried to clean a window with it and discovered it was full of grease and only made my windows worse. Nice! If you don’t care enough to maintain your equipment, don’t train staff to keep your service areas stocked, or explain the value of good customer service vs. the damage poor customer service can do, you fully deserve this review and any other negative reviews you’ve earned. I will never use Wiggy Wash again. In taking the time to write this, I hope anyone reading it will think twice as well. A total waste of my money, and more importantly of my time. I recommend any other car wash over you clowns, or just save the aggravation and do it yourself. If you read any of my other reviews, You'll see I provide mostly positive reviews, however this experience was so cruddy I need to say something to warn others...

The Good & Bad: I absolutely LOVE Wiggy Wash for sharing their Anniversary by giving us all a Free top-of-their-menu Car Wash! I found the workers very friendly, fast, and competent. (There was even free cookies! Yum!) The facility looks clean and professional. It was fun to see all the action and color going through it. (Its much longer with more brushes than the Ducky place.) However, while the the parts of my car that DID get cleaned, look Excellent (it got the bugs off of the front, and did well on most windows), I was unfortunately surprised to find it didnt get off most of the road muck on one complete side, which actually comes off with simply rubbing my finger or a rag on it, leading me to wonder if they miss parts of smaller 4-door 4-cylindar cars like mine. Likewise the back needed manual touch up as well, as if the rollers missed it too. There was blue liquid still on the OTHER side of the car, so I guess their rinsing needs work too. I showed them, and they happily sent someone out with a proper safe cloth to manually finish the wash job. I helped to get it done faster. I expected a lot more out of Wiggy Wash, who I think has been around a while and should know what they are doing by now. They may care less about the automatic wash if they prefer driving their higher priced hand wash options, so I dont judge their other services, which may be excellent. The manual free Vacuums have great suction and plenty of length, doing a wonderful job! They even have free air blowers there to use. However they are a little shorter, and 1 of the 2 blowers by me was completely broken - so I suppose they dont have a solid maintenance schedule to check these for the customers (probably because they are "free" included with paid wash). I really wanted to like Wiggy Wash and considered making it my NEW bi-weekly car wash place, but it should have cleaned my car better (and NO they didnt even offer to send me through again - probably because they knew it still would have missed the same side?) I assume they will fix the problems and it will be a great car wash place soon after all these reviews. However, their prices are a bit unreasonable (except for anniversary week of course). I will not quote their prices here because they have a right to fix them lower, and probably will. All I'll give is some small advice to win over the average public who are like me. I would take time to have the car washed twice a month. I'd pay $5 a wash. If they could prove they could clean my car well on one run through, I'd be happy to prepay a year. So 12 months x 2 times = 24 x $5 = $120/yr. Id expect a mid wash for this, with the option to upgrade for a couple bucks for the higher wash a couple times a year. They could secure such a sale with a guarantee, where if it rains within 24 hours (lenient to 48), you can run it through again for free. Hope that helps. Overall Id say Wiggy Wash has great potential, needs to fix a few things (wash quality on small cars, unreasonably high pricing), but I look forward to becoming a loyal customer when they do! Thanks for reading. And especially Thanks to Wiggy Wash for the free Anniversary wash, and chance to get to know their place and service. ...

Update of review: After posting my original review the manager reached out to me within 24 hours and apologized for the service that I received. After a few emails back and forth he encouraged me to bring my car back in so he could personally take care of cleaning it for me. I was VERY impressed by the responsibility he took for his employees and his dedication to make things right. I was extremely pleased by the work he did detailing my car. While I wasn't impressed with the original detailing job that was done, I was very pleased that they made things right by recleaning it. I appreciate when companies value their customers feedback and opinions. Thanks Smith for a job well done and recapturing a customer. I am changing my rating to 5 stars because of this. I got my car detailed here a few years ago and loved the service and work they did so when a soda exploded all over my car over the weekend, I knew where I was going to get it cleaned, wiggy wash. I unfortunately had a different experience this time around. The employees were extremely kind and friendly but their workmanship was terrible. Spending so much for my car to be cleaned, I expected just that- for it to be cleaned. I paid for my carpets and seats to be shampooed and vinyl cleaned. Last time I took my car in they put a plastic seat cover on the driver seat so I didn’t have to sit on a wet seat, this time they didn’t have that- don’t know if they don’t provide that anymore. It was unpleasant driving with a wet seat but luckily I had a plastic bag which I put down and it helped a little. When I got home I took a closer look at the work that was done and was extremely disappointed. The edges of the carpet did not look to be cleaned- not even vacuumed. The seats had been cleaned but there was still crumbs and other debris in the cracks of the seat- lack of vacuuming again it seems. And the vinyl was the most frustrating- it looked like the console had been cleaned but not “deep cleaned”. There were still crumbs and other debris in the cup holders that are in the middle of the console- it was definitely lightly cleaned because it did look better than before but not “clean”. And there was still soda splattered on my shifter and my steering wheel was still sticky. I am extremely disappointed in the service that was provided and I will definely be going somewhere else next time I need my car cleaned. Definitely did not have a “new car feel” like the promise on their website. I would not recommend this place if you’re wanting your...

I took a car here this last week to get it detailed - carpets, upholstery, and vinyl washed/vacuumed and run through the tunnel. The total cost was about $134. They were understaffed that day and said it might take up to six hours and that they'd call me when it was done. I ended up going in after six hours and the one tech there said it was ready. I went and looked it over in the garage and the more I looked the more I noticed hadn't been done. The seats hadn't been vacuumed underneath at all - it was a used car I had just bought and I was finding old wrappers, and even some candy. It was like they hadn't even looked under there. There was a spot where there had been a previous spill that I wiped up later, but after paying over $100 I was really surprised that someone so obvious was completely missed. It makes me wonder what was even done. I actually used to work at Wiggy Wash when I was in high school and so while I was picking up my car they let me touch it up a bit. But it was really strange to me that my car was the only one in the shop, had been there the entire afternoon and looked like it had the bare minimum. I guess I'd just recommend doing it yourself or going somewhere else because $134 was a crazy price for the service I received. I went in a couple days later and they declined to give me a refund and offered to do it again, but after missing so many spots I decided to just clean it myself. These aren't the best quality photos but it's just what I was finding while I cleaning my car after they had already taken my money and had the car for six hours. Also I had a scraper for the snow in there and they forgot to put it back inside so now I need to replace it.

I pay for the highest level monthly VIP plan for unlimited washes with all of the different options for about a year now. Every time I wash my car I question the expense and frustration. I haven't found a better solution yet or I would change. On a really good day, everything works and my car comes out looking good. This occurs at best 10% of the time. The other 9 times it comes out mediocre as brushes and/or sprayers fail leaving my car visibly dirty. I carry hand towels in my car. I have to hand dry my car to get the leftover dirt off and prevent water spots. I've attached a photo before the hand dry that shows how the brushes gets things partially clean. NOTE: I can only tell that an element isn't working by noticing while going through the wash. I may go back through for a 2nd time so the same areas can be skipped by the same elements while I cross my fingers and hope for more. I could drive a short while and get to yet another Wiggy Wash location but that requires another chunk of time with it's accompanying frustrations for non working "stuff"
