Citi Trends — Local services in St. Ann

I have come to this location a few times and the first time, there was an outfit on the rack I wanted but the lady with the short hair, I am guessing is the manager said they could not sale it because they have to price it. I came back the next day still was not priced. After 4 days , I gave up. I came a second time to switch out a few outfits that did not fit my husband, I did not want my money back just an exchange. The person who originally cashed me out did not give a receipt,they gave me a hard time but in the end let me exchange. This is the 3rd visit and the lady with the short hair who was rude the first time seem to go wherever we went. She was moving clothes from one rack to the other when we left from that spot all of a sudden she needed to be by the shoes section, moving clothes and racks. When I stated about me owning my own business to the person I was with,she then moved on. I do not treat my customers this way and dont expect to be treated this way. My husband warned me but I will never go...

I love this store but the people who work there or another subject the manager is loud rude and so are some of her employees they don't want to put you in the dressing room they have attitudes. I've called the store manager and made several complaints nothing is ever done. We don't have too many Citi Trends in St Louis so I really love going to the store but the rudeness of the manager and her workers make it hard to keep coming back. It's a shame that you have to be nice to them on your get good side so you can have a good shopping experience there. It's just better not to say much...

This was my 2nd time shopping here for my grandkids winter clothing. One of the older staff was very rude and annoyed with two of my grand daughters because they wasn't moving fast enough. The prices were through the roof. I'm still gonna go through receipts just to make sure I wasn't over charged. I asked about some merchandise and was told that ," that's not my say so, you feel me."! I mean do you want your store to thrive or drown, I don't know why people work within the public but have poor customer service!
