First time shopping at City Gear and last time! The women definitely need to work on customer service and professional. The cashier Mela was too distracted with her cell phone to help me, I asked someone else for assistance but Mela ended up getting my shoes I requested. If I could give zero stars I would. I came to pick up some shoes & was told I could do curbside I called the City gear on St.Charles Rock rd twice that day and nobody answered. It was raining so I had to get out of my car just for them to tell me they can’t find my shoes and the phone was apparently off. DO NOT GIVE BUSINESS to the City Gear on St.Charles Rock rd.
