Warhouse Strength — Local services in St. Lawrence

I was only there once since I joined, but am in love with this gym. I can see myself spending alot more time there. I haven't been to a gym like this since the 80's. (Showing my age). Definitely dedicated to a serious workout. This gym is not about scantily dressed chicas ,looking in the mirror to see who's watchimg. Im a little self conscious about people watching me. The gym is roomy, your not working out on top of other patrons I can find secluded spots to retreat alone. I highly recommend...
