The store could be a bit cleaner and the employee should actually know what the 711 reward program is and how to redeem points. UPDATE:6/18/22 THIS IS THE WORSE 711 EVER EMPLOYEES ARE VERY RUDE. They lie and say you Cnt get cash back but then turn around and let others get cash back then when I brought this to their attention they want to bring up the fact that u can only do it one time. Which is again All LIES!!!! BE VERY CAREFUL IF YOU A DEBIT/CREDIT CARD/EBT CARD THEY WILL OVERCHARGE YOU AND THEN TRY AND MAKE A SCENE SO THEY CAN CALL THE POLICE ON YOU AND MAKE U LEAVE LIKE YOURE THE ONE CAUSING A DISTURBANCE. THEY MOST DEFINITELY WILL ADD THE TAXES BACK TO YOUR EBT CARD AND OVERCHARGE YOU FOR ITEMS. I WENT IN AND GRABBED 2BAGS OF CHIPS 2 SOFT DRINKS A TWIXS AND A BAG OF DONUTS ENDED BEING CHARGED $38.43 DIDNT NOTICE UNTIL I CHECKED MY CARD BECAUSE THEY DINT GIVE U THE RECEIPT MOST OF THE TIME.
