The greenfinch theatre and dive is located near Victor St and Gravois Blvd. Just north of Bob's Tatoo parlor. I did not have food but had a crown royal on the rocks cocktail before the show. A nice generous pour of Crown Royal, This place reminds me of the old venue that new musicians or bands got a chance to try out their music, voice or perfect a new stage presence they are working on. This venue lets you buy/rent time on stage to perform. I think it was near the Jazz St. Louis venue (It might even be where the parking lot for Jazz St. Louis is today). Greenfinch is built for function, not style or fashion. It has a bar (the dive part). and a theatre that you can rent space to perform your show you create or do a musical if you desire. They have stage lights and microphone systems to use. This show was written by my sister in law and her friend from Italy. A show about her friend's life growing up and their 6 year friendship. They are theatre people. My Sister in law performed and produced local theatre (OLStars). Her friend performed in some on and off Broadway shows . They decided to feed the theatre hunger in them. This was a fun night. Parking is street parking and scarce. This was my only concern for this...
Read moreI had an incredible experience at Greenfinch Bar, and I can’t recommend it enough! The atmosphere is vibrant and inviting, making it the perfect spot to unwind with friends.
Lydia and Jacob, the bartenders, were absolute stars! They provided top-notch service, crafting delicious cocktails with a flair that truly impressed us. Their knowledge of the drink menu was outstanding, and they were more than happy to offer recommendations based on our preferences. Every drink they made was not only tasty but also beautifully presented.
The bar itself has a fantastic selection of spirits and unique concoctions that make it stand out in St. Louis. Whether you’re in the mood for something classic or adventurous, Lydia and Jacob will ensure you find the perfect drink.
If you’re looking for a great time in a lively setting, make sure to visit Greenfinch Bar. I’ll definitely be back soon for more great cocktails and the wonderful service from...
