
I don’t know where to start with this one. In early September I was searching for a workout class with this style of training. This seemed like the best option for me so I tried it. I emailed inquiring about the program & was texted back on my cell almost immediately by the owner, John. He answered all my 20 million questions without hesitation. A week after trying this out I joined. I LOVED it. A few weeks after this i suffered a back injury & had to have a spinal surgery. Before my surgery, John modified workouts so that I was able to do them. After surgery & during recovery, John texted me frequently to ask how I was doing & make sure I was ok / ask if i needed anything. When I came back to the gym, we took everything slow and he was very accommodating, and still modifiers my workouts to my comfort level. John holds me accountable, encourages me, believes in me & genuinely cares. This isn’t even half of the positive things I can say about BOF, but you get the idea. Breakout Fitness Training Studio has changed my life in so many positive even after I moved to a different state! I was dragged to the first consultation by my roommate and we both had the mind set that we weren't gonna sign up that day, but we would hear what John had to say....well sure enough we left there signed up for the first 6 week challenge motivated as ever!! During the 6 week challenge I lost 17 lbs and many more have lost just as much or more than me with Breakout! There is just is just a vibe when you go to Breakout that makes you wanna take the jump into a healthier lifestyle. I never felt intimidated to go there and everyone around you is motivating you and helping each other conquer their goals! John, Kelly, and Britney are always there to help you if you need some extra motivation and will make sure you are staying on top of your goals especially if they haven't seen you in awhile! Read moreI had dabbled in strength training before, but never really been a gym girl. I decided to try out Breakout Fitness during a promotion, but in the back of my mind, was pretty sure I wasn't going to stay long-term at first.
Fast-forward to 7 months later of the most consistent workout routine I've ever stuck to, and kind of now considering myself a gym girl!
Reasons I love it:
Classes are offered throughout the entire day, so I can't ever have an excuse that I can't make it happen. It is true that the more you work out, the more you want to work out -- I find myself going to the gym WAY more frequently than I ever imagined.
Workouts are dynamic and fun and unpredictable -- I do not get bored.
I feel encouraged and coached, but not pushed to, for instance, use more weight than I'm ready for. John, the owner, really is a gem and makes working out enjoyable.
I can walk there from my home!
