SoHo Apartments — Local services in St. Louis

Although I haven't lived here for very long yet, I can say that this apartment community is truly a treasure. The staff, especially Ashley have worked tirelessly to make this possible. Every time I talk about this place, I ALWAYS mention how put together it is. While the amenities are great and all, the thing that really got me to sign a lease here (versus a different Lux community) was seeing how put together Ashley has this place and how her and her team keep things running smoothly. From the events, to truly getting to know her tenants, she does a wonderful job. She loves and values the work she does, and the tenants that live here, and it shows. I have lived at SoHo right around 6 months and have a thoroughly enjoyed it. I was a bit hesitant initially, but I can honestly say those second thoughts have all been put to rest. The units & amenities are the best in town and any minor issue I’ve had has been fixed in a timely manner. All of the above compliments can be attributed directly to the property manager Ashley as well as the rest of the staff. She & everyone else all do such a great job to make my once impulsive decision to move here feel well worth it day...

Understaffed complex that leads to lots of issues. During my lease here the following happened to tenants: multiple days of green pools, months of mold issues, accounting teams taking weeks to fix financial issues, and dirty carpets forever. If you search up this apartment complex owner they are under federal investigation. Their old google page had terrible reviews so they deleted it and created this one.
