UPDATE: My original 5-star review digressed to 1 star, for the most unexpected, unfortunate reason—L O Y A L T Y, or, lack thereof 👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿. What started as an exemplary experience quickly deteriorated into a disappointing saga. The vibrant ambiance and initial warm welcome were overshadowed by a series of unfulfilled promises and a palpable disregard for customer loyalty.
Imagine walking into a place that initially feels like a utopia for cannabis connoisseurs, only to be met with a stark reality where loyalty is a mere buzzword. The allure of the dispensary’s sleek, modern design and the seemingly knowledgeable staff was enticing, but it all fell apart when it came to consistent service and appreciation for repeat customers.
In an industry that thrives on community and trust, it’s disheartening to witness such a blatant neglect of those who choose to return and support. The lack of a genuine loyalty program or meaningful discounts for industry workers makes it evident that this establishment is more focused on the facade of excellence rather than the substance of it.
The potential here is immense, but until Good Day Farm dispensary truly values its patrons and recognizes the importance of loyalty, it will remain just another missed opportunity in a market that demands authenticity and respect for its customers.
The cannabis industry is burgeoning with innovation and forward-thinking companies, yet Good Day Farm seems stuck in a bygone era where loyalty isn't rewarded. A "Tuesday only" discount for industry workers feels like a token gesture rather than a real appreciation for those who understand and advocate for the product. Where’s the acknowledgment of the everyday dedication and expertise that cannabis industry representatives bring to the table?
To truly elevate their game, Good Day Farm needs to implement a comprehensive loyalty program that honors the consistent support from their patrons. Industry workers deserve more than a fleeting weekly discount—they deserve recognition that matches their commitment. Until then, my loyalty—and my rating—remain in the one-star realm, waiting for the day when this dispensary realizes the true value of...
Read moreI usually go to the GDF off Technology as it's closer to my neck of the woods, but unfortunately they didn't have my High Dose Daydream in stock; it's my favorite gummy and with my stash running low, I decided to venture east to the Broadway location, and if it weren't for the fact that it's quite a drive for me, I would make this my main location! I was greeted at the front door by Ashe, who has the BEST customer service I have ever had at a dispensary, and it was like as soon as I opened the door, they gave me a Kamehameha wave of good vibes and positivity. The instant that we laid eyes on eachother, they treated me as though we had been best friends for years and I was instantly comfortable in my new surroundings. That's a 40/10 person right there! I don't know how much Ashe makes working at GDF, but ASHE NEEDS A RAISE ASAP! Their presence alone is enough for me to want to come back! Mary helped me with my pickup order and was also incredibly friendly and helpful; she even gave me free stickers for my kiddo back at home! This service was absolutely top notch and my only issue is that the store isn't in my neck of the woods, but I will ABSOLUTELY be coming back...
Read moreEdited 2/28/2024 - Original: GDF makes a positive impression every time with its clean storefront; courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly employees; and wide range of high-quality products. I've tried cartridges, flower, and concentrates and all have been great quality. They even have regular, rotating 20% deals on difference products, and their location and hours make them very accessible.
Overall GDF has been exactly what I was looking for in a modern dispensary.
Edit: They've removed all of their deals. Might be new ownership or something, but they changed their story. Products are still good, but very rare and few sales, no schedule for them anymore, and prices are still high or getting higher. Maybe their 'get them through the door' sales are over, but now it's not as worth it.
Edit2: I'll briefly add that they added some "sales" back in, and some were okay, but mostly they seem to be just the same price of the items, just packaged as a "sale" with some tricky pricing, which is honestly not so respectful of the customers. They may have changed management, because it has changed a lot from when it...
