ASY Furniture — Local services in Stafford

Saw a bed on FB I wanted from this store. I tried looking everywhere near my home for a grey king size bed frame with drawers on the bottom but no one had what I was looking for. The only place I was able to locate the bed frame I wanted was online but would have to wait for it to be shipped.

My wife and I really wanted to see the bed before we made the purchase so we tried going to the physical store hoping to see one. Unfortunately they did not have one in stock but said one was being shipped there in a day or two. So we thanked them and ask to call us when it was there.

Once we got home we decided to just go ahead and order the bed online to be shipped to our home so we wouldn’t have to bother with picking it up and transporting it back home. We figured it would take about 1 week to arrive and after placing the order it did not specify how long it would take?

Here is where I give mad props to this company... The next day they called me to tell me they are delivering the bed and if anyone would be home. What??? Next day delivery on my king size bed frame with drawers and a headboard? I was blown away at how fast they delivered it!

Not only did they deliver it fast, but it was at an excellent price!!! We are super happy with the bed and the quality. It exceeded our expectations in every way: price, quality, and service! It took me a while to put the bed together but compared to Ikea furniture, I think this was a better quality.

Exceptional service! This place is really above and beyond. Their cloud modular sectional kept selling out. Sheyla kept me updated and always answered my calls. I’ve been looking for a couch for two months with big named furniture stores. Not only did they have longer wait (a month) but charged ridiculous amount for assembly and delivery. Asy Furniture were quick (2 day delivery) and their timing was impeccable. The delivery guys were on time, respectful, assembled the couch, and took care of the disposal. They are genuinely good people and definitely honorable business. They followed up and made everything easy. The people that work here truly make Asy Furniture exceptional.

A year later, it’s falling apart. I’m not sure if I’m sitting on it too much in a family of two ppl. I also noticed a crunch deformation on the left side of the couch immediately and it was ended up feeling like cardboard. Aesthetically, it looked extremely nice and still does!!!

My point is if you expect to sit on this a lot as it’s more of a piece to admire. Looking back, I paid way too much for it knowing there are other durable and comfortable qualities out there. I love the look of this couch but it’s for sure...

I had the most amazing experience buying from ASY! SERIOUSLY THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I was getting super discouraged shopping for a sofa for a month+ since there's a lot of supply and logistics issues lately. The men that delivered was so kind and cautious. They washed their hands to make sure they didnt get it dirty during delivery, and offered to assemble and remove packaging for free, I am so appreciative!!
