There is no other place like Atomic for me! I joined my first and only CrossFit box over seven years ago. My only regret is that I did not join sooner when it opened in 2008. Nevertheless, being a native New Yorker, it was one of the best decisions I made in connecting me to community in Houston. In embracing CrossFit, I’ve changed my frame of mind and other areas of my life: I’ve lost weight; I’ve gained muscle; I have accountability; my kids enjoy and have excelled in the sport as well; I’ve developed even mental fortitude. I can go on and on, but I’ll end with: during Spring 2020 when COVID-19 interrupted our lives, Atomic came through with lending out their equipment, posting daily at-home wods, hosting virtual workouts, and providing incentives to keep up with our individual goals. Being part of Atomic has improved my life in all kinds of ways with their coaches, members, programming, and heart. Atomic Crossfit in Stafford, Tx is an outstanding fitness facility that truly stands out from the competition. In my personal experience, this is the best Crossfit box in Houston. The coaches and athletes at Atomic Crossfit are incredibly talented and skilled, making it an ideal place to train and push yourself to your limits.

What I appreciate most about Atomic Crossfit is the friendly and supportive environment. The community is like a family, which makes it easy to feel encouraged and motivated during each workout. Top notch CrossFit Gym. Visiting from out of town and wanted to get a WOD in! I initially chose Atomic CrossFit because of its proximity to my location, but “BOYYY WAS I IN FOR A FURTHER SURPRISE AND TREAT!!”. Atomic CrossFit is such an AHHHHHmazing box of like minded individuals who all have the same common goals…FOR IMPROVEMENT OF HEALTH AND IMPROVING STRENGTH AND FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT!!
