I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the customer service I have received from this company. I have been a loyal customer, placing weekly orders and even spreading positive word-of-mouth about their services. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing.
After placing an order and making the payment, I discovered that two meals were missing from my delivery. I promptly contacted the customer service department and was provided with a link to redeem the missing meals. Unfortunately, the link did not work. Despite multiple phone calls, emails, and text messages, as per their request, the issue remains unresolved.
I am deeply concerned about the lack of professionalism and responsiveness displayed by this company. This situation is unacceptable and has caused me significant inconvenience and frustration. I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter and expect a prompt resolution.

Customer service did not help at all & she didnāt seem to understand that almost none of the ingredients listed were in my dish. The sauces I was given tasted like oil & hot sauce. She basically just said theyād try better next time. I havenāt ordered since then & probably wonāt so they mightāve gotten better. I figured Iād let others who are researching know that quality may vary. (other peopleās pics of the food look great!)

As far as whatās prompting me to review now, I received a promo email that reminded me. Life gets busy and leaving this review isnāt a top priority. Ā Ā Ā Read moreUPDATE: Aaron from NOSH Simple reached out to me personally over the late delivery, explained the reason why, and assured me of a reasonable contingency plan in the future for unexpected delays. The food did come in a day later (and tasted great!), although there was no update of this arrival.
But, because I got comped for the late meals and an honest apology and explanation of the issue, I've updated my review to 5 stars. An honest brand that values customer relations at an unbeatable price.
Will continue to be a repeat customer and recommend NOSH Simple moving forward.
First time ordering and never got my food. Not sure if this is a scam company as this is my first benchmark after seeing many positive reviews?
Very disappointing, hopefully I hear back within 24 hours or I'll call my bank to cancel these charges.
