Southern Ice Cream Corp. — Local services in Stafford

This is the second year in a row that our organization has had the privilege to work with Southern Ice Cream and we will continue to do so. They are very easy to work with to get everything set up and ready. When the driver arrives with the cart, they are always on time and communicate when they are leaving from their location and ETA. The ice cream is a complete hit with all of our students. We love to have the cart and umbrella as a part of our outdoor events. A+ Customer Service. I used them for a golf event and the whole process was so easy. Jonathan was the delivery driver who brought the ice cream cart out and set up on the golf course. I will be reusing southern just because of him. He called and kept me informed of delivery time, did a great job of the set up and took the time to make sure everything was perfect on the cart including wiping any finger marks off the ice cream cart from unloading. That's taking pride in your work and going the extra mile. He showed back up right when he said he was and picked the cart up after the event. Cant say enough good things about Jonathan...

I can't not say enough good things about Southern Ice Cream Corp. I have used them multiple times in the past for my daughters birthday parties and had them booked again for her July party but sadly the Hurricane canceled it due to no power at the location we were having it but the customer service I was given was nothing but AMAZING during that time of not knowing. They waited up until the last minute of me finding out the party wouldn't take place and letting me cancel since it was out of my control.
